I hope Holland win for obvious reasons.

Those not interested in Group A should definitely catch Portugal/Switzerland. Massive game of the night.

France should win against Weißrussland (don't know the english term for this country atm) so the result of Netherlands vs Sweden is not important for them.

Allianz Parque, Sau Paulo.
Any ideas for seeing the game if you don't have access to a plane that can get you there in four hours? I was hoping for a tv channel/stream to be honest.

I have literally never had this feeling in football. This morning has been a suffering for me. I seriously hope the wait for this game is worth it.

Vamos Peru.

I hope you make it mate and would love our countries to meet this summer. Y'know, so that we get out of the group stages.

France or England?

If its the former I don't think we can win. The latter I'd be disappointed if we didn't at least draw.

We have a team that can at best make quarter finals, but if we qualify the mission would be to market the team and nation to export more players.

I don't think there is enough appetite for this discussion to warrant a new thread, so I'll just plonk it here.

Coleman suggested he would leave after the World Cup 'process', so it may be that he is available for the likes of Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in the near future. But that would mean Wales would need a replacement. Giggs was one of the favourites this morning, but it seems inappropriate to have a manager that only turns up to half of the games. I hope Coleman stays. I would be sad if he left, and mortified if Ryan Giggs took over.

France. We're struggling to beat Belarus right now so anything can happen!

I think the talent pool is too big. We'll see though. It was the same when we played Brazil in last years Copa America and we beat them.

First things first though we need to qualify!

Wow, don't we look silly. Maybe your twitter timeline is more savvy than we thought. Losing a must-win home game against a side with a 34-year-old Championship player leading their line is a damning indictment of a Bale-less Wales.

I only look as silly as you look twatty. It's more of an indictment of an Allen-less Wales than a Bale-less Wales. But that's only on the basis of watching every game that Wales have played in the group

Tbh Ireland had their own injury problems with Coleman, Long and Walters out. I thought the game last night was pretty low on quality although it was a very dogged display by the Irish. It probably won't be pretty but I imagine they'll give most sides a game in the playoffs. Wales looked rather lost after Allen went off. Didn't cave out many openings at all.

Wales are pretty much the same as the other home nations, Bale playing just moves them up another level. Allen and Ramsey are two good players as well but they don't have that same spark as what a Bale brings you. The ROI are like the international version of Burnley, battling 4-5-1 football but so hard to break down, still don't think either Irish team will make it and England will be left to fly the flag as usual.

Portugal making it through as group winners tonight on goal difference, very harsh on Switzerland to have to go through a play off with 27 points from 30, would expect them to still qualify with the rest of the seeded teams though.

I'll be absolutely amazed if we get out the group though. Infact it's a certainty we won't do if we carry on how were playing at the minute.
