Those last 10 minutes today were horrendous. Just knowing that this is the end and not being able to do a single thing about it.

It's gut wrenching.

Dagenham have got a very good chance of beating us on Tuesday. If they can get in front or just make it scrappy for twenty minutes then the atmosphere will turn.

I tell you what if Dagenham can kickstart a bit of form from this draw tonight I think they could survive as Hartlepool look absolutely useless.

That's it. I'm declaring us out of this thread, 7 points from last three games against top five sides mean York would need to win six more than us in the remaining 12 games. Just don't see it and others also overtaking us.

2 from 3 for the drop. If York don't beat daggers this weekend they are in massive trouble.

For me York and Hartlepool have been far the worst sides I have seen at the Mem this season, York had nothing going at all. Hartlepool no defence, no midfield but strikers with the right service would probably be ok, however would need to score four or five just to win them the game. Worst defence I have seen all season

We're gone, we've been gone more of the season, we just pick up the odd result that claws us up a bit to put the shits in those above us.

We are a terrible side, we are going down and this time, we're not coming back, unless AFC York do anyway.

You've already got enough points. Think three teams will finish with less than 40.

I'd say we're favourites bearing in mind the fixtures we've got left. We've got no one to blame for this except ourselves. Will be sad to drop but I'm not gutted, just resigned. We'll never be back either, particularly if you believe the rumours about our ownership. Hope there's nowt in them.

I think this weekend will confirm 3 from 4 - and L2 will be diminished by the loss of fans/venues, if not teams/boards. Still Cheltenham and Grimsby would be a just acceptable trade - Forest Green and Braintree less so.

We aren't safe yet but I have to agree Hartlepools terrible form means even with their games in hand I think they are in trouble

I'd say 1 from York or Hartlepool to join Daggers for the drop 40 points for safety?

I said earlier in this thread (early January) that Hartlepool would be involved in the scrap, bar a couple of wins at the start of the season they've really struggled.

Dagenham will need a miracle to survive, still only accumulated 4 home points. I'd be surprised if they reached 35pts. I still think York have a chance of survival, though they'll need to pick up form sharpish. At present, only Hartlepool look like realistic candidates.

I would make York slight favourites to stay up over Hartlepool. We have Hartlepool at home and York away which suits York much better given our respective home and away form. The game between them looks even more massive as Hartlepool's 4 games after to end the season looks horrible.

Do York or Dagenham have to play any of Hartlepool, Yeovil, Stevenage, Newport or Morecambe again?

Are Morecambe in this or too far clear? Just seen their recent form is 1 point from the last 27.

We still have to play Hartlepool (h) Yeovil (a) and Stevenage (a). More worryingly we are yet to play Wycombe (h) Portsmouth (a) The Gas (h) Northampton (h) Accrington (h) Oxford (h) and AFC Wimbeldon (a).

No way are we out of the mix, especially if we play like we played last night. Lots of fixtures against teams scrapping to stay in or get out of League Two.

C'mon daggers, you cant leave us, we need as many southern teams as possible in the league. We cant trade you for Grimsby, it would be a disgrace!

The only team in and around us we've beaten all season is Stevenage. We HAVE to beat York, it's our last shot at staying up and if we blow it on Saturday then we stand no chance. I reckon our run in is the worst of the lot.

That league 1 relegation zone and surrounding teams is just awful.

When Crewe are the best option you know it is bad

If Daggers get out of it now it would be astonishing, and if we don't beat them tomorrow we'll be joining them. Even if we win it's hardly as though it's a foregone conclusion we'd stay up. We need Hartlepool to lose at least two and preferably all three of their games in hand. I'd say Stevenage and Newport are too far clear to catch, and Yeovil are only just in touch.

Maybe if Morecambe could keep going and get no more points the rest of the season. Our last game is away at Morecambe...
