Blyth and spennynoor if yous know where that is have no stations due to beeching cuts. Blyth is worst as you have to walk to other end of newcastle city centre to catch a bus. Still nowts as worse as the long bus journey from gloucester station to nailsworth [emoji1]My first game in non league was gravesend & northflett,
Got off train at Gravesend, looked round station and all ran back to train, thought we had got off at wrong station it was that small.
To make matters worse , next season some teams in conference North probably won't even have a station.
The joys of being shit?
Should have stayed on train to Stroud and then 20 minute bus ride to TNLStill nowts as worse as the long bus journey from gloucester station to nailsworth [emoji1]

Lucky you, I've been twice.I still don't know where North Ferriby is, and I have been there.
Think i had to change trains twice to get there. Defo not one of the easiest grounds to get to without a cargenesimmons, why didn't you go to Stroud? 20 minute bus from there that stops right near the ground.
Whilst spennymoor aint as big as a few towns in the league theres been far smaller towns hosting conference teams. Not bad facilities and improvements are in the pipeline. They own a pub too which aint badJoy,thought you could get to Blyth.
Spennymoor is like Malton and that speaks volumes to the standard we are at.
Strangely looking forward to next season and new places to go but sure it won't last long.
Harrogate will be great never played a team only 15 miles away before, plus to actually play games in Manchester (Salford & FC Utd) will be a great piss up,not visiting shitholes like BURY,
And grim. Several decades ago, I worked with a bunch of Londoners who sold their flats or were offered council flats in Northfleet as an incentive to move jobs there. Safe to say they didn't realise what it was like until they arrived. Now that's an idea for a discussion. Grimmest National League town.Good job you didn't get off at Northfleet, that's even smaller!

Gravesend isn't really any better than Dartford I don't think, but there's not much in it. Kinda like two bald men fighting over a comb.Gravesend is paradise compared to Northfleet. And Dartford for that matter.

I've actually never been but I picture Barrow as a relentlessly grim place
It's got a HX1 postcode these daysI still don't know where North Ferriby is, and I have been there.

Is that Sellafield round that ridge?
Yeah, it's proper grim here.

I believe it is possible to watch Ebbsfleet for free from the roof of Wallis Park flats. Gravesend is not so bad, but does have a couple of areas you wouldn't stray into. I have a negative perception of Aldershot that may be undeserved.
Grimsby/Cleethorpes would be up there if you were still in the Non-League.It's called living in the real world Chris.
