The Facehugger, within a battle, had a 25% chance of latching on and eventually spawning another Xenomorph Queen. Poor chances obviously but massive potential should it have worked. Layed a new egg every 3 weeks.

They missed a trick really. Had they given Xenomorph Queen the Heavy Armor, she wouldn't have died. They'd have had £120k and no wages to pay. So after wages/earnings, they'd have £130k and a middleweight. Instead they have no characters so incur a £100k fine, leaving them with £30k after wages/earnings. All but over for the Chavs.

Well it's been great. TFF/1FF Wars still stands as my favorite game the communities have produced.

Obviously there are things that looking back on, we would have changed as we didn't win the game. I think one of our key mistakes and one thing we won't be doing in 1FF Wars 2066 is sign a load of dud characters hoping that their ability aids us for a few game weeks. This worked with Indy and Abe, however the likes of The Dude, who only put a rug in our items which didn't do anything at all, Hodor, was just Oaf and Munks shouting: "Hodor", Homer Simpson, who may not have lost HP if he lost a fight and Gollum who needed a ring, although if the ring was found he'd have become a 20BR character, but no idea where the ring was. Then that bloody Dancing Milk Carton...... We just got a video of his advert. So yeah..... Not great with those characters needlessly eating up our wages. Not a problem we faced in the previous wars, so Oaf adding powers to every character certainly changed the way we thought when making purchases.

Also the death of Beast was a bit of a game changer for us, as we were getting item offers every week with him in the roster, so whoever clocked on to kill him is a bastard.

As a whole though, this game has came back and been another success. The activity of the other teams has really helped. Everyone knew that Joe's team were going to be shit, but after that it's been really fun and competitive, as like the last one. I haven't been active as much as I would have liked, with finishing Uni and going on far too many nights out, but other than THAT gameweek, the other three team members were great throughout. Although me and Spired originally went for LR and Rammy (Who gave up halfway through anyway), the old guy knew the Bee from the previous Grandstand and I knew the Haddock and they were great new additions to the game and were active throughout, so yeah these three were really great to work as a team with. Spired's just Spired.

Also a special thanks to Oaf and Munkiki for running another great season. I don't know how you guys run a game of this detail for 3+ months, but I'm glad you do. Now may the best team take the wars trophy, I'll certainly be watching on.

(Eagerly anticipating what that bloody £1m Death Star (item) did which we turned down when we had a bit of money.)

What you do, see, is you tell yourself that the sooner you get the next update done (be it a fight card, results, whatever), the sooner it'll all be over and you can have your life back. At least that's what keeps me going.

With Munkiki, I suspect that having something like this to run is akin to a car's need for fuel, a plants need for sunlight, or a human beings need for nutrients. It's what powers him up. Which is good, because without him being so fucking on top of things I'd probably be in a mental home right now telling all of the other patients about how GNC just signed X character and setting deadlines for everybody.

Anyway, deadline for those latest offers: 7pm tomorrow. I hope I'm around for it! But we've (Well, Munkiki has done most of the work on this one) got something really fucking cool planned for the coming game weeks.

Now that they're officially eliminated, I'll speak about GNC.

Honestly, it's been tremendous having them against us. 4 top people with a real competitive edge, and I have no doubt that this wouldn't have been as successful without any of these 4.

Spire's meltdowns were always something to look forward to, and although the occasional one was on purpose, they were still great. The GNC PM must have featured a fair few unseen ones too

Harv, Magpie and Haddock really inputted to this and made it competitive, God knows how many times we said in our PM that we wanted GNC to fail, to stop the smugness. Part of the game but it makes it what it is!

Been brilliant having you guys in it. Shame to see you exit, but cream always rises to the top. See you in the next one!

with characters brought back from the dead, the week they were revived counts rather than the week they were originally signed. The current Captain America was resurrected in Week 23. Jesse Pinkman was signed Week 9.

Each team has two characters to build up with the base stats: 1BR 1HP 1D6 – £100,000/£20,000 – None.

The points you have to spend are based on your fight record (inc tournament placings):
3DD – 1,450pts
STAG – 1,200pts
T6 – 850pts

The points earned by eliminated teams are up for grabs in this week's fight card (which is to follow):
GNC – 850pts
SBF – 500pts
3CC – 150pts

Upgrade costs:
+1BR – 50pts (up to a maximum of 20BR per character)
+1HP – 30pts (up to a maximum of 5HP per character)
Dice Upgrade – 60pts (up to a maximum of 2d12 per character)
Ability – 150pts (up to a maximum of 2 per character)

Available abilities:
Money Maker (+£100,000)
Potential – gain +2BR for a win
Regeneration – 1 in 3 chance of healing 1HP each week
Seeker – single use: force a character into battle
Level Lock – stop character from progressing past 10BR or 15BR

Next week, only these characters will be able to enter fights. There will be three 1v1s (3DD vs STAG, STAG vs T6, T6 vs 3DD). Both characters must fight so while you can choose to spend all your points on one, you will almost certainly be forfeiting one of your fights. The winners will then fight in a 1vs1vs1 (it's possible for both your characters to make this final). The winning team will be able to add one of the characters to their roster.
