Clayton MacDonald and Tristan Dunkley are leaving Worcester. MacDonald was not offered an extension while Dunkley is joining a new club apparently, he also told Carl Heeley this by text.

There's a chance he could end up following Gardiner here.

Tom Sharpe as signed a new contract with them.
I can see why MacDonald wasn't offered a new contract, fat bastard

We have signed Fylde goalkeeper Ben Hinchliffe - good keeper but sounds like he is coming to us on the back of a not particular great season for his high standards.
Was shite against us every time we played them!

Just announced the signing of Josh O'Keefe who was with Alty last season. Centre Mid I understand, any comments from Alty fans?
Looked at their forum, seems crap!

Boston sign Nat Brown and Waide Fairhurst.

Brown was expected having ended the season there and Waide signing has probably signalled the end of his FT career unless something seriously changes next season. Decent player when fit and his head is right but unfortunately, neither has happened for two years now and he's hardly played or made an impression anywhere. Not sure it'll work out him going PT because he's the sort of player that needs FT training and to be playing regularly because of his weight. Take one of those away and he piles the pounds on.

Garner and Mills rejected contract offers with Southwell probably on his way as well - have a feeling Boston might closer to mid-table than the playoff spots.

We have signed former Tinpot Trinity fullback Josh Wilde, joining manager Billy Heath from North Furby. Meanwhile, our CM Sam Walker has been purchased by Salford City.

A fee... For Sam Walker..?!

Even more evidence that Salford have more money than sense.

Altrincham have signed pacey winger Sean Miller, a graduate of Chester's youth system, 21 last month. He joined Connah’s Quay after Chester and made an immediate impact, scoring 11 goals in 35 appearances and virtually sweeping the board when individual awards were dished out by the club and was named Welsh Premier League young player of the year 2014/15. He seemed to lose his way last year so lets hope Young can get the best out of him.

Sean Miller was linked to County last summer but the deal never got over the line.

Been impressed with the players Young has brought in at Alty so far. Got a good blend of youth and experience.

Oo-er! Just had a bout of deja vu!

For what it's worth, I think Young will do well at Alty. Think the pressure got to him a but too much at County and when things started to go wrong, he didn't know how to fix them.

There is probably less pressure on him at Alty and he'll have learnt from the mistakes he made at County.

I think that feeling could be shared by a few folk in Boston at the moment - especially with how strong the league looks like it may well be next season. Mind you, most of the players that have left / leaving were the defence / holding midfield - Liam Marrs, Dylan McEvoy and Carl Piergianni gone, Zak Mills and Scott Garner most likely moving on and goalie Fabien Speiss still to make his mind up. As good as individual players they undoubtedly are, they weren't the most watertight as a group defensively when you look at the number of goals conceded. By his performances during those last dozen or so at the end of the season, Nat Brown is at least a good starting point towards building a new defence.

Good to see that Kaine Felix has signed on again - we thought he may be leaving too - and, with Jay Rollins, they are two exciting young players, neither of whom are yet the finished article.

And, of course, then there's Dayle Southwell. He is going to be a big miss - but, as I've mentioned before, so was Ricky Miller going to be. Then Dayle arrived and pretty soon it was Ricky who? Maybe another youngster will be unearthed and become the next 'Ricky Southwell' or 'Dayle Miller' as it were?

Thats basically exactly what he has said. Time will tell, its a new era at Moss Lane now, just hope its a happier one, 4 years of progress under Sinnott and then last year he lost the plot, I get the impressions Young will be much more ruthless.

Alex Meechan announced as BPA manager - seemed very popular as a coach here and quite a likeable guy, so hope he can do well.
I reckon Edmondson must have something lined up elsewhere or maybe hoping for the York job when they inevitably sack their boss.

Well good luck to him. He's a very likable guy and gives a lot of his spare time to turn up for functions, supporters events, charity shin digs etc.

Got a soft spot for Alty and tend to go 4 or 5 times a season. Looking forward to the clashes between County and Alty next season. Hopefully we'll be able to provide a sterner test this time around!

Liam Marrs is a big loss. He was the stand out player when we played you first game of the season last year. As i guess is Piergianni and he always seems to get raving reviews (and tends to score against us lol!)

You have got a good boss in Greene though and i would expect you to pick up the right sort of players to replace these guys and still be up there next season.

With a new team and new manager god only knows how we will perform this next season:conf: Even Young doesnt know that,... yet !
You must do better than last time we played you which was rather one sided but we did have a decent side then which got us promoted.
