Wealdstone 0-1 Welling United (Att: 820)

One of the worst home performances I've ever seen yesterday, not one shot on target sums up our performance. Aimless, no gameplan, just hilariously bad which was summed up with a 91st minute own goal to win it for Welling.

Valid claims on the forum for the board to look at Bartlett's position, I'm just tired of the same old excuses.

Elliott Buchanan has signed for Chelmsford then. Re-united with Rod Stringer.

Hemel Hempstead Town 1-3 Wealdstone (Att: 665)

Elliot Benyon - take a bow! A game that we should have lost but despite receiving no service, Benyon scored one of the best hat-tricks I've ever seen today. Jordan Parkes had opened the scoring in the 2nd half but Benyon equalised with a volley from a corner that Hemel fans are insistent shouldn't have been given. As Hemel piled on the pressure looking for a winner, Benyon was able to get onto an aimless long ball, round Jamie Butler and slot it into the goal, cue pandemonium in the terrace behind the goal. Just to rub salt in the wounds, he then sealed it in stoppage time by lobbing Butler.

Unfortunately the talk from today will be what happened after we equalised. Some Hemel fans had congregated by the away end goading Stones supporters so when we equalised some brainless supporters of ours break through the fence dividing supporters and start having a punch up with Hemel fans. Both sets of players had to jump the perimeter wall to break it up, just embarrassing and puts the Wealdstone name through the mire yet again.

Good segregation then. ;)

I've missed the last three games. We've picked up 7 points from 9 in the process and the gap to Maidenhead now is 8 points with a game in hand and them to visit Stonebridge Road in a couple of games time.

Welling away first though and another game I will miss.

Are they the real deal or will Ebbsfleet do a Sutton?

No idea mate, we're yet to play them (play them at home on November 19), but somebody said on the Fleet forum said he'd seen them twice and were lucky to get the win both times. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how they do it, they just keep picking up them points. I'm hoping they do an Ebbsfleet!!

With regards to us doing a Sutton, I doubt it! Although I believe we have won something like 7 of the last 8 with the one being a draw, so we're not exactly in bad form. It's just those back to back losses to Chelmsford and Gosport in September that are currently costing us! Welling away, Maidenhead and Hampton at home are our next three. Three big games! 9 points would be great, but as long 7 from 9 would please me as long as one of the wins is against Maidenhead!

Lucky sides win promotion. Although I doubt something written on your forum....

The most important thing is momentum in April. It's this time last year that we kicked on and started that insane run to the title (our last defeat was November 7th), but it was winning every game in April that saw us land the title

Our forum, on the whole, has good posters. There is just a few dicks on there who make us all look stupid. I cringe at times, and get in a lot of arguments on there! Not so much now, but it was horrendous at one point.

I genuinely don't know how it's going to go. I just pray we go up. I really will give up if we stay down again. We're in good shape at the moment, just hope Maidenhead slip up a little!

Whilst I'm currently in Ruislip ahead of our game tonight vs. Bath.

Wealdstone 1-4 Eastbourne Borough (Att: 651)

Refereeing and defensive masterclass in the 2nd half handed Eastbourne 3 points on a plate. The club have confirmed they are appealing Elliot Benyon's absolute joke of a red card. Horrific decision from the man in black.

Anyway, one of our bogey teams at home on a miserable Monday night. Tonight will be our first sub 500 crowd since being back at Step 2.

Sounded like a very decent win for us at Welling on Saturday after going down to 10 in the first half.

Hoping to make the Maidenhead game on Saturday, depending on what time I finish work.

Another good win for Maidenhead 3-2 at Ebbsfleet and with St Albans only drawing their lead is now 9 points.

There goes our title chances. Well done Maidenhead, organised and really well drilled side. Can't see them dropping many points.

Hungerford Town 2-0 Wealdstone (Att: 344)

We're a club in crisis, simple as that. 6 points since September 5th, probably like 10 shots on target in the last month (6 matches), pedestrian play, no width and the same formation time and time again! It's not working, but it seems like nobody is noticing...

Yesterday was an awful affair between two sides who wouldn't look out of place in a division or two below, Hungerford however showed more fight and with the assistance of the referee grabbed all 3 points. I'm sure the video of Elliot Benyon sticking up for GB has been seen by most on here but several supporters were not happy with Bartlett/'mercenary players' at the Full Time whistle - even I had to join in the chant of 'Boring, boring Wealdstone'.

Two more dropped points, and sounds as if Hampton could have won 4 or 5-1, with keeper Nathan Ashmore getting Man of the Match.

We are awful.

Margate releasing five more players. Are they doomed?

Shame. They could have beaten us in next seasons play offs after Dartford beat us this time round.
Don't worry our lot will likely be back next season, so we could do it again ;)

You'll survive. Not many promoted sides come straight back down.

Something seriously needs to change this end. Ten points from top at this stage of the season is a disaster. Play offs again, if we don't fuck that up!

Home to East Thurrock tomorrow. We'll lose but I'd quite like the scoreline to be the same as the last time both sides met at Grosvenor Vale.

Wealdstone 1-0 East Thurrock United (Att: 602)

Geological derby success as the Stones see off the Rocks.

First home win in the league since September 5th but well deserved and we should have been out of sight such were the number of chances created. We've been crying out for wingers all season and now that we have two, it's causing opposing teams real problems. Moving to 4-4-2 is paying dividends too, I'm a big fan of Jonny Wright up top with Elliot Benyon, the former reads the game so well and is a focal point for attacks going forwards.

In fairness to East Thurrock, I thought they'd scored in the first half from a cross that had evaded everyone in the box only for my personal man of the match, Ryheem Sheckleford to clear off the line. They also had a couple of dangerous heading opportunities in the second half but had they got anything out of the game it would have been daylight robbery.

Liam Goulding's goal to win it.

How did Freeman do yesterday? He's got pace and likes to shoot but he's well behind in the pecking order at Wycombe hence why we loaned him out.
