Probably because they have to add all that advert b•locks.

You get a second off the goal then boom a bloody advert

In other words, making money on footage they didn't film and not recompensating the people that did.

Hereford 4 Darlington 2

That was one hell of a journey which was worth it at one stage, and then TW says hang on a minute we are fucking winning that doesn't seem right. And then his wonderful half-time pep talk puts everything right how it should be, absolute brilliant we squandered a two-goal lead and he couldn't be arsed to do anything about it. TW at his best.

No wonder he headed off straight down the tunnel at the final whistle, spineless twat wasn't bothered about the long suffering 175 fans that turned up on the day. That second half performance was an absolute joke a total disgrace. Turner had a good game with some decent saves, couldn't believe Galbraith getting outpaced by a beefy front-man. I'm not sure why he's captain you'd think he had his tongue cut out. And Glover should be playing on Saturday against Chester he was impressive at times.

Well done Hereford you wanted it more than us and that was the difference between the two sides.

Thought a draw would have been the fairer result - but we took our chance in a gritty game.

Agreed with earlier post that Gannon taking a pop at Brackley was classless. He says we're going nowhere, skipping over the fact last year we reached the Playoff final and won the FA Trophy, and attendances have doubled compared to a few years back. Given his claim that Brackley's budget might be nearly as much as his own, then crowing about us 'standing still' the one time in the last 3 years he's produced a side challenging at the top, seems hubris. I was quite rooting for Stockport to finish first, but can't wish their manager well.

Gannon has always been a knob! I bet he even embarrasses his own supporters.

Wish I didn’t bloody bother with Hereford, what a load of shit that game was yet again. I’m sick of watching this lot bottle leads away from home. Pathetic and spineless.

Only thing to make up for it was a night on the lash.

Not really. He is a moral and principled man who does on occasions let his emotions get the better of him and say one or two things which he probably wouldn't once he's calmed down. But overall Stockport fans love him and are proud of his achievements both as a player and manager. He loves the club as much as every single one of us.

'Bern and Jonno' on the other hand........oh dear!

Our fans are split down the middle. Some think they're the bees knees, others complain they don't know what they are doing. I'm somewhat on the fence. We have lost our best 2 players this season through ACL-type injuries (Stopforth and Hughes) and our star striker (7 goals in 6 games) doesn't seem to be able to play 90 minutes/ misses more games than he plays. The truth is we want them to work, because we don't want to sack any more managers.

Whats the general opinion of Telford? We have them in the Trophy for the next two weeks.

Saw that their pitch is in a bit of a state after suprisingly losing to FCUM last week.............

Decent side Telford. Resolute, well drilled and hard to beat. Think Orient will prevail over two legs but it will be tight

Said here before but they were excellent at ours in the Trophy. Maybe they just raised their game but on the day were streets ahead of us and the vast majority of the niggly hoofball teams we see most weeks.

We put three goals past them a month ago and it could have been more. They have a goal threat and play some decent stuff though.

We beat them 1-0 at their place recently with our keeper getting injured and us playing a 19-year-old goal for 80 minutes he'd never played a league game for us before that game either. They didn't impress me when we played them seems like they are a bit inconsistent at the moment but if they turn up could trouble any team.

Me too mate it was embarrassing and disheartening because it was preventable with building up a safe cushion of two goals in the first half. I make that about 5 game's we've spunked a 2-goal lead away. It didn't matter anyway our Tommy wouldn't change things around and besides, Hereford wanted it more than us.

We gave them a good hiding back in Sept winning 3:0 they were pretty awful that day, since then they've got their revenge by knocking us out of the Trophy. And mostly recently the punishment continued easily beating us at the New Bucks Head 3:1!

Decent away end for the travelling fans (Frank Nagington Stand) to create an atmosphere.

Thankfully the big piss up we had in Hereford on the night was decent enough. Closey tried to fight the world and that was hilarious to witness.

Ended up back out on the piss in Worcester before the train home Sunday afternoon.

Haha! That's typical Jim. "You won't fix my Sky Box so you can't interview me after winning promotion" See, principled!

He's probably with Virgin Media now....

Are Chorley going to choke again? I don't think Stockport will buckle now that they've caught them and Chorley have been so near so many times, it must play into the equation...…… :pond:

It's always possible, think today's game away at Boston could be vital, doubt we will win all our remaining games but we will beat Stockport at ours on Easter Saturday. I fear it could be Play Offs again, you know how we love a good PO Final!

Late postponment at FC United v York. Looking at the images on twitter flabgasted it passed an earlier inspection this morning to be honest.

Ah that's good to hear. He not very good then?
He is a fully committed defender but has zero subtlety or deftness of touch. All balls played are full force whether by foot or head. Lots to learn about reading the game and positioning. Gets his head on lots of balls in the opposition box too but 99% will go high and wide. The only time he got one on target for us he saw late and had to stoop to head and he scored!
