Need to put the terrible Blackpool game behind us. Hopefully Lee Brown will be back as for all of Donahues good passing and crossing ability, he's not a natural defender. His positioning for Blackpool's winner wasn't great. Also the purchase of Morris will put Evans in his number 10 where he is more comfortable. Going to miss Hawkins again, but if we can play to Pitmans strengths then we'll be fine. Away from home we've done better so an early goal would hopefully spur us on.. i'm going for an early goal and a 3-0 win to get us back on track

Well having thrown a 2 goal lead away and falling out of the play-off places we are now going to have to do something we haven't done in the League and beat Burton, we have Niall Mason back and Kieron Sadlier should be on the bench along with Tyler Smith. The down side is that Herbie Kane is out injured. I expect the team to be as follows:
Lawlor
Mason Anderson Butler Andrew
Blair Whiteman Crawford
Wilks Marquis May
The only change would be Blair to right back instead of Mason with Rowe into midfield if a full game is too early for Mason.

We need a goal or two and a win for a boost in yet another tough game versus Peterborough.

Hope the 20min stand and applause is the whole home support. coyh.

Rochdale away and and a repeat of last seasons result will go down well
Dale are in lousy form and frankly Fleetwood are'nt much better. tbh I can see another end to end goal less draw but sooner or later we might nick a goal in the 4/5th minute of injury time !

Hopefully all of Portsmouth, Luton and Sunderland lose today and we'll win and it'll be a great day.

Need a win today, otherwise the Accrington away draw looks worse than it was.

Winnable home game, but Wycombe have evidently got a tough team.

A win though would surely see us finally create some space between the bottom 4 though? Everyone keeps winning in the bottom 4 but there are some tough games for Oxford, Wimbledon & Shrewsbury. Gills Vs Walsall should be interesting to see what happens

Yeah I'll have the same.

Wouldn’t mind you dropping some points if you would be so kind as to oblige.

Fancy another comfortable win today (Accy 1-0 win it is then). The last 3 halves of football we’ve been excellent as has our home form, players slowly coming back from injury and Josh Cullen should be back in the squad today which is a big boost as he’s absolutely mustard.

I’ll go for another 3-0 win, set us up nicely before the big game at Posh next week.

Yet another tough game today for us at home to Peterborough. Got a bit of a lesson in the reverse fixture, probably the only game I’ve seen so far this season where I’ve thought - yeah these lot are better than us - as we didn’t look particularly competitive that day. Obviously things have improved for us since then, but do think they match up well with us. Dembele for them particularly caused us problems.

We could do with getting back to winning ways, a few draws lately admittedly against good sides but the goals have dried up of late. Still creating good chances which is a good thing but just missing that killer touch. Tuesday night I thought it was particularly apparent that the forward players in particular are looking a bit out of puff and could with rotating, unfortunately we don’t have the squad for that at the moment with injury and suspension.

Be interesting who is preferred in the holding role with McCormack seemingly rested in midweek but Thorne having been brought in to play that role.

Very tough game against Sunderland at home. Think it will be a step too far for our team and they will edge out a 1-0 victory.

No Lee today for us either so looks like he did pick up an injury in the week. Big blow for us id suggest, one of our best players this season.

Looking really thin up front with Lua Lua playing there again alongside Collins.

Bit of a surprise lineup for us today with Pitman dropped and Lowe up front. No idea what to expect now! We need a new striker asap..

I've been thinking Lee needed a rest. Not looked close to as sharp as before.

We don’t score or concede so this could be interesting.

So far our boring game looks the more likely though!

Maybe the timing doesn't suck. LuaLua looking very dangerous and we're flying going forward. Shinnie unplayable. Berry getting back to his best already and McCormack is sublime. Pelly off the pace again tho. Too many sloppy passes and Peterborough look like they could still snatch a goal so need to keep going and get another and they could crumble.

Shinnie and Stacey just ripped Peterborough apart that first half, 2 good moves by them. After the red we have been all over them and Peterborough looked rocked by it lots of bad passes from them very sloppy. They need the half time to get organised and see what they can do 2nd half. Got some dangerous players on the field so you’d expect them to still have chances yet.

The red happened right in front of me, one of those unfortunate ones where his momentum has brought his other leg through the challenge and over the ball. Unfortunate, as I don’t think he intended that, but a definite red these days

Post of 2019

Point still stands though if Lee or Cornick are out for any period of time.

Taken the piss out of Posh in the end there, one or two of whom defintely gave up half way through the second half, Maddison in particular. Game ended as a keep ball training session for us. Loved the Berry goal, absolutely quality and will do him the world of good.

Was a little surprised Pelly didn’t get taken off, he looks to be needing a rest to me and that was the half to give it to him I think.

That was a tough game but happily we managed to hold on for the 3 points at Bristol Rovers and move up to 11th. :woo: It sounded absolute crap from both sides with the 2 keepers hardly called into action.
