So what you started from the bottom and took over 60 seasons to reach the top? That's not impressive. And it's hard to give creadit to a team like Wigan too, what have you done other than win the FA Cup once?

Yeah I know, but why? You said you'd stop winding up, you can't seriously believe some of the shite you spout. No-one here doesn't respect what Wigan have done, it's a fantastic achievement for a club of your size but I don't see why you keep arguing about Wigan and comparing them to clubs like us, PNE, Wolves etc (not putting Wolves in the same category of size of club as us and PNE) but just picking out fans you've had arguments with. We've all been around for over 100 years mate, Wigan were a nothing club until 15 years ago - you can't just burst onto the scene and pretend to be a big club because you won an FA Cup and had a few years in the PL - now you're back down to L1 you're averaging less than 10k again, three years after the aforementioned success.

The first time Wigan averaged 10k was their promotion season to the Premier League, then they jumped up to double that. Probably because the rugby fans decided they wanted to watch the big teams.
