Gleeson was a v good player not so long ago. No idea if he’s had injuries etc?

Doesnt seemed to have played a great deal since 2018 (26 times) and left Aberdeen in January. Quick check of the Aberdeen forum seems that he was injured a lot for them

Fylde signed Luke Burgess from Salford. We had him on loan for a season and he was okay - good technical player but very lightweight and went missing when we were really having to dig in.

Joseph something wasn't it.

He conveniently appeared when they were at the top of the table and they then blew it so hasn't been seen since.

Joseph Smith, fetishist of combovers and pints of mild - tried to tag him in my post but his account seems to have vanished.

If he’s not pegged it by now, he’ll still be chucking darts at posters of Pools and Wrexham somewhere in his den.

You need the ouija board and the incantation

'Meth, turps, Tippex and glue, Joseph Smith we summon you'

We've signed Lee Martin. Not quite as experienced as J-Lo or Richard Pacquette but well travelled all the same.

Only seen him play a couple of times, but that would havd been a few years ago. Not sure what he's like these days.
Lee Martin should be a great signing for you. He did well for us last season and scored 8 goals from attacking midfield in L2. Personally, I’d have kept him but with COVID that’s not been possible. He never stops running but does like a bit of a moan!

Nice to see a young striker we released at the end of the season is on trial at Man United :err:

Premier League U23 sides are heavily padded now, even more so going forward due to likely restrictions on EU players following the end of the transition period.

We've had a few departed U18s join Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, but it was pretty obvious they weren't going to make it.

Yeah we've had a few do that as well. I reckon Devon has a chance, he's very very good. Maybe not at Man U but at a decent level. One of our confirmed first team squad for next season is a lad who went off to Hull U23s but has come back to us.

Our young winger Sam Osbourne has turned down a new deal and will be moving on. Not a bad player, scored two of our goals of the season and got a couple of assists too in 13 apps, but was always going to be back up behind Roberts, Boldewijn and Rodrigues etc. Still quite slight but only 21, he’d make a half decent signing for someone in this league.

A shame as he’s got a bit of talent and it’s always nice to see an academy lad do well, but realistically it’s probably the best thing for his career. Would’ve struggled to get any real game time ahead of Roberts, Boldewijn and Rodrigues. Hope he does well wherever he’s going.

Ive been pretty happy with all the signings so far. Nice one.
For some reason he never quite convinced me that he was any good. Very good athlete but didn't see him as a dominating centre half, nor a footballing one. Versatile in that he can play right back too if needed but I personally wasn't as positive about him as the majority of macc fans. And definitely know more than them so I'm right. Should be solid enough in the conference though.

Darlo sign full back Tony Mcmahon. Not sure how often he'll be playing, but certainly good experience for the squad and he'll be running the academy as well. Seems like another decent addition.

problem is we still have 6 players who won't take his pay cut
so the question is are these just squad filling players until the wage bill come down or our 'new normal'?

We've signed ex Salford, Swansea, Barnsley etc etc keeper Kyle Letheren. Personally never heard of him but we are desperate for a bit of experience.
