Very technically gifted, was on the books of Atletico Madrid, Man City, Aston Villa etc as a youngster aswell.

No doubt he will add something to your team, but I’d argue that type of signing (lightweight / technically gifted) probably isn’t one that should be prioritised right now for Southend in a relegation battle that they’re no doubt going to find themselves in throughout this season.

Considering we’ve played 12 this season and kept 0 clean sheets, I’d say it’s an upgrade.
Mitch Walker isn’t a bad keeper in my opinion, but he’s going through a horrible period right now and has been totally found out (that he can’t command an area). Good shout to take him out the firing line for a while (although does make you wonder why we signed Coulter the other week).

Trialled with us pre-season. Been brought in as the 5th striker as we have McCallum out for another game through suspension, Walker is out through a groin injury whilst Balanta is coming back after a long lay off. I doubt he'll feature much (other than maybe in the next 2-3 games). More of a squad option I imagine as we'll short on numbers.
