Not sure where to begin, but there's been many more successes than flops over the years. He started out a youth coach and doesn't tend to buy many players in their prime. Sides tend to be a mix of development & very experienced. Tends to do best developing attacking players, seeing as attack is always the focus of his side.

The lads we still have now who were in their early 20s back in L1, haven't half come on well. Arter and S.Cook perhaps the best examples. Then there's others sold along the way, Danny Ings and Brett Pitman. And more recently recruited raw players he's taken on who've come on no end, Josh King or Callum Wilson perhaps good shouts.

Our summer recruitment so far: Hyndman 20, Ake 21, Ndolji 19, Mousset 20, Cook 20, maybe Ibe if he decides to join, also 20 I believe. Expect to see a random veteran come in at some point.

Another good example of a raw lad he's improved over the years, building on Torquay's work. But yeah O'Kane is struggling a bit at this level and I'd expect him to find a new home in the Championship this summer. No fault of O'Kane, always done a job when asked even up here.

Ibe unveiled and offically announced finally. He's magically popped up training with the rest of the squad out in the USA so he's obviously been signed for a couple days at least, probably some fine detail that needed clarification.
