2,619 ( with 100 Walsall supporters) at Bramall Lane tonight, although our local journalist at the game reckoned there were only 30 to 40 in the away end, I guess they must've included WFC club officials and player's family members (there are a few kids on the bench who may well make their debuts) in the figures

You lucky bastards..hopefully we'll go out in the next round.

For fucks sake it's 2-1 you better hold out for the win. I think clubs have definitely made a good stance and it will be the end of the b sides.

I read that this is the lowest ever attendance for a Swindon - Oxford game.

2698 there tonight. For the record, 9,013 watched us host Swindon in the JPT second round last year. No hiding from it - supporters have spoken.

Us and grimsby now have a complete dead rubber in a few weeks. Yet both teams have to play 5 1st team players or be fined. I don't actually think either team should do anything other than kick off then all have a sit down.

Bradford City 2-1 Bury

Held on with a youthful side in the end. Top on the league. Still unbeaten in all comps.

1,900 in attendance.

We're out!

Yet still have a dead rubber against West Brom's kids at the Hawthorns to do. Can't we just 'pull a sunday league' and give it as a home walkover?

1147 at the Crown Oil Arena to seen Dale beat Notts County 2,1, and go top of the group...

They had quite a few established players at Luton like Gardner and Olsson in the side which makes a mockery of the whole Under 23 thing...

Cambridge and us are now through meaning our match against them is even more pointless, great.

Same shit different day.

Another game without a clean sheet as a strong Town side go down 0-2 to Scunthorpe stiffs. Mellon will probably survive this because it wasn't a league game but he really really shouldn't. A good shooeing at Bradford on Saturday might do the job though.

We can now look forward to the ludicrous prospect of a nice local trip to Middlesboro to play their under-23 side in a dead game in midweek.

Whoever thought a group consisting of Town, Scunthorpe, Cambridge and Middlesboro was in someway good for the game should be escorted away in a straight jacket by the men in white coats..

1 IN A ROW!!!!!

Even when Swindon win, they lose. Your official twitter account put out some great stuff.

Next up for us is a game at Stamford Bridge, which I won't be going to. Hope we lose.

We're not quite through. Win, draw or lose by one goal at Hartlepool, and we're through.

Lose by two or more goals, and we're still through, unless Notts County and Sunderland Black Kittens draw AND Notts win the penalty shootout. Fascinating...:-)

I see the regionalised draw gave you a local derby at Scunthorpe, we got Grimsby and Sheffield in our draw, what a joke of a competition this is.
