Easy sell out, we did at Villa for example at 8000... issue is the ST holders can get 2 so worried I will miss out!
I dont think they will make general sale. Alot of people will be doing what I am getting somebody I know who is a season ticket holder to get tickets for them. The people I know have 2 season tickets so can get 4 tickets so that will allow me and my mate go too.

Hoping they get to general sale! To not make general sale pretty much every ST holder needs to buy 2... bearing in mind the second is a fiver more so family’s will just buy one per ST in most cases to avoid paying £15 rather than £10.

And so it came to pass. Sounded dire. Anyone fancy a game on the 4th?

Scrappy but decent performance from Pools, probably the better team on the night, either side could've nicked it in the 90 as both had alright chances, feel like Exeter weren't as arsed about going through as maybe we were, couple of players dropped/rested by the looks of things, onto the 3rd round and that money spinning tie away at.. oh right, Oxford.

Couldn't make it tonight, shame cos Carlisle is a decent trip. Sounds like we were pretty toothless again, plus we never do well in the wind. Or away in midweek.

Cardiff is a cracking day out so a bit gutted to miss out on that, but shit happens.

Anyway congrats Carlisle, think over the 3 games we've had you've looked a decent side and seem to have the measure of us, good luck in the next round.

In other news, we squeaked past a distinctly out of sorts looking FGR. Probably the right result in the end though there wasn't much in it. Compared to how we've been previously I think we can be fairly pleased with our performance.

Two draws and a win now under Beech, if we just gloss over one of the draws being against morecambe in a game we were lucky to escape with a point in.

Couldn't make it up in the wee small hours for that and sounds like the team didn't quite make it up too. Pretty disappointed as I love a cup run and like Chris was hoping for the Cardiff tie. Well done Carlisle, you bastards.

Just watched the highlights on the BBC. They use the radio Gloucestershire commentary.

Nice of radio Gloucestershire to give the job of commentator to someone who had won a raffle but you can really tell. My personal favourite was 'that went palpably wide'

Good old Bob, kept calling it 'Brundon Park' as well.

We drew away against them in the cup a couple of seasons back.

They stuffed us at home in the replay in, probably, the most inept performance I’ve seen from STFC.
I loved playing Eastleigh when we were down there as they were one of those teams that despite having money spunked at them we always seemed to have the measure of, played them six times and we won 5 and drew 1.

Bob is shocking, even more obvious now I get video stream too. Plain wrong on what's happened, names wrong, opposition wrong, chuckling or whatever and not telling you what's gone on, he's got the full repertoire. Been doing it and the cricket so long is an institution though.

Everything set up for us to blow that game, but thank god we didn't. Small, quiet crowd, pressure all on us, wet and cold, lost our main striker after 30 minutes, but still came through.

First replay won in almost 20 years, first win over a non league team and first time reaching the 3rd round in 11 years. Feels weird.

Also happy we've got Barnsley, it's a winnable game but also not too big a distraction either. Just need to get the league form back on track.

The club has offered a £20 voucher to any of those who went to Hartlepool last night.

Great gesture.

Our fans are queuing down Hamil Road for Citeh tickets... which in itself is odd as there are only 4000 ST holders and they have a limit of 2 each and 11 days to get them in!

Carlisle fans always seem to be saying that they're a bit shit, but every time they play us they look a good side. Strange.

We've had similar for the West Ham game - ST holders have until the 19th to reserve their seats (plus an additional), yet there were loads of people queuing up yesterday when they went on sale. we only have about 3k ST holders, and the home areas hold about 8k....I'll get mine in a few days over the phone and save myself the bother!

2500 sold on the first day. Massif!

Managed to sort myself out a couple of spare season tickets from somebody who isn’t going City so I’m going up get mine tomorrow morning.

Get me one!

Really worrying these won’t make general sale which means a couple of thousand day trippers ahead of regulars without a ST.

I would do but I need 4 tickets and only have 2 season tickets. Keep an eye on the wonder of vale Facebook group as I’ve seen a few posts on there from people offering to lend season tickets or buy an extra for somebody that hasn’t got one.

I wouldn’t be too worried tbh. There’s always going be an Initial spike in sales for the first day or two and then it’ll probably calm down a bit. I reckon half the tickets will still be available for general sale!

Keeping my eye out... hopefully they slow down and a couple thousand are left next Sunday... Xmas party in Leicester the Saturday! Queuing early the Sunday!
