Obvious Wilson was a bad tackle so didn’t expect that he’d play today but Harrison is the worry, if it’s a knock and we don’t risk him then in 100% happy with that as today isn’t as important as Oxford next weekend but if he is out for a period that would be a huge knock.

Only bonus is I guess that we won when we rested them both a few weeks ago and Dennis does love the cup!
I know on twitter it says Harrison is injured but I don't think Harrison is injured I just think he has been rested. Wilson will probably be out till Christmas now him and proctor are just injury prone every time.At least we have an excuse if we lose that we have pretty much put a reserve line up out. Mipo a young lad on loan from West ham is basically our only striker fit if Harrison is injured as Wilson and proctor are going be out for a while.

Wilson a bad ankle injury… so that cycle of injured a few weeks, getting up to speed, being in form for a week weeks injured again goes on.

Ellis rested as he has been carrying a knock for a few weeks

As expected, we field a full strength team as we always do in the FA Cup. Should really be a comfortable win over non league opposition.

Big game for Politic and McCarron today, they are in third choice at the moment so need a big game, especially Politic who hasn’t lived up to the expectation or the cost of bringing him back.

McCarron was decent at Derby, awful v FGR and never seen again, so needs a performance or may as well send him back down the road.

Strong side from us. No excuse if we don't get something out of this

Two huge chances gone begging for us, last season Politic was putting those away.

You mean LEAGUE ONE GIANTS.
Yeah, surely there are only a couple of teams...ourselves and Pompey...who can claim to have avoided potential banana skins in the cup, both of us are in the draw on Monday evening, job done! The rest are now in the mixer, with Cheltenham already a goal down at home to Alvechurch.

From our Twitter it was sounding like it was level pegging, so no surprise we go behind...

Now hit the bar! Could have been 3 or 4 up. Need to be more ruthless or we will get punished.

That was a foul for that goal no surprise with this ref as he has sent covolan off and conlon off and we have lost our last 2 matches with him in charge

Frustrating and probably the one let down this season, not taking the countless chances we seem to create in good areas.

Should be 4 up and then concede. We're doing pretty well considering it's not our strongest side.

Stansfield is proving to be a great signing.

Nice to see Exeter brought the fucking officials with them. We've fucking battered them for 75% of that half. They look wank and shaky as fuck at the back.

I've left the ground and gone the pub not watching cheating officials anymore
They're not cheats, just incompetent. Clarke was furious with the linesman.

Like I said, against a full strength Exeter team, we've looked the better team. No doubt we'll regret not scoring another couple.

Probably the same clown we had down there in August.

Just got to keep our heads and carry on as we have first half but be more clinical. As I said earlier it’s the one thing we are costing ourselves and even better season with, as per the other night for instance when we missed 3 or 4 guilt edged chances.

Today the same but keep plugging away.

Plymouth 4-1 down to a league 2 side. Blimey.

We’ve been gash, apparently, and are lucky to only be 1 down to Walsall at home. We’re playing a few second stringers who I imagine can fuck off in future if they whine about not being in the first XI.

Oh, and we got given a penalty for the first time in a year or something.

Which we miss, obviously. :lac:

Superb strike from Brown but so undeserved. Officials may as well stick an Exeter strip on though, Jesus wept!

Looks like it’s going to be one of those days. Oddly we’ve now took two forwards off and thrown on two midfielders!

You know we’re having a shit game when Ainsworth makes any subs before the 70 min mark - triple sub on 60 mins, unprecedented. Oh and we’re 2 down now. Good times.
