Over 7000 sold for MK before the second priority sale date tomorrow. Good luck to those scrambling for the remaining 700 tickets.

Shame they won't give us anymore.

Fear not Sheffield Wednesday, we have decided to focus more on the league and have rested (assuming it's not injuries) three of our starting line-up from the previous game.

Either that or this is some kind of Curle masterstroke.

As soon as I saw the lineup I knew we were out.

For a start I knew we wouldn’t score, not with that fucking camel Bennett up front by himself. Then any faint hopes of a 0-0 and penalties disappeared when I saw that Clint Hill was not involved (rumours going around that he’s left the club).

All in all another absolute shit tip of a night to be a Carlisle United supporter. It’s getting to the stage where I’m not even pissed off anymore, just bored, totally bored.

More than matched Cardiff in the first half, had the better chances actually.

After the hour mark they started to control the game, 4-1 is harsh in my opinion and the first three goals were all down to schoolboy defending which is disappointing.

Did well over two legs against a team that has a real shot at the Premier League so nothing to be ashamed about.

Thought we were bloody brilliant for 60 minutes, that performance would be enough to put away any side in this division - we just need to do it Saturday onwards.

Again our own defending and lapses cost us dear.

Why play man city when you can have Morecambe away? Bring it on

Carlisle weren't that bad tonight, still quite a gulf in class despite us being beyond down to the bare bones, thought with the size of Bennett and us starting with 2 development lads in a back 3 he'd cause us problems but he was poor. We were workmanlike and got the job done, winnable tie against Reading in the 4th round to look forward too.

That's it for me too, the last few months have just been incredibly boring, and now out of the cup, it's only going to get worse.

Reading Twitter and our messageboard it sounds like we didn't give it much of a go against a much changed Wednesday team. Most of the players in our squad are simply not good enough and need to go, barely any youth and energy at all.

I'd sack Curle as soon as possible, but sounds more likely that he'll sign an extension sadly.

Ah well was nice whilst it lasted. We matched them for 60 minuted but tired legs and that extra bit of quality from Cardiff killed us off in the end.

Exactly that. Played really well for 60 minutes but completely ran out of steam. Think Evans should have brought Spencer on to hold the ball up (played well when he came on in the away game) just after half time. Would've given us a bit more of a foot hold in the game.

Thought danny Rose had one of his better games holding the ball up and flick ons despite their captain being a beast in defence. As you say spencer would have been a good option.

It's almost like Mellis, rose and Byrom have more chance against higher opposition as more time on the ball

Oh yeah, Rose was excellent last night, but for me you could just tell on about 10 minutes after half time that Rose couldn't do that all game, needed a bit of help.

Thought MacDonald was outstanding yesterday. He’s really proving now why he came with a good reports from Oxford and Burton fans.

Think Rose was playing on adrenaline alone, after they re-took the lead he was visably knackered.

He should have been sacked straight after the Mansfield debacle. But these c*** in charge have the mindset of “well if we’re not in the relegation zone then there’s no reason to change a manager”

Honestly it fucking stinks! Yet again we’re getting worse as the season progresses. Dec to May last season the form was unacceptable. So far it looks like we’re getting worse again. Even Saturday’s win was boring.

The whole club is boring. The ambition (or lack of) is boring, the owners are boring, the summer recruitment was boring, this season is boring and the football is really boring.

All 7883 tickets for MK Dons sold out.

The usual uproar in Coventry about people missing out.

Honestly believe MacDonald is one of the best players in the division, play him anywhere across midfield or behind in a 10 role and he’s fantastic.

It's his ability to break up play and get in players faces which I like most about him. We miss that badly since McGuire stopped playing - and whereas he's far more ability than McGuire, it's nice to see someone doing it in the team.

Why has this thread turned into a Luton style wankfest? Only replace Luton with Mansfield.

I’ve never witnessed such a flow of semen on here after a 4-1 home defeat!

Swansea go through against Wolves then.
Not the crowd puller AH may have wanted but we might just have a chance.

No surprise but Khan's appeal failed. It was never going to happen.

"Furthermore, the Independent Regulatory Commission increased the player’s standard suspension of three matches by an additional two matches as it considered the appeal had no prospect of success."

So our best player will miss the Man Utd game through his own stupidity.

Yeovil should be ahead. They’ll live to regret missing that chance

Why are Yeovil fans booing Sanchez? They don't seem to be booing anybody else.

I was also wondering why Sanchez was getting special treatment.

Probably because he’s a money grabbing whore.

He chose playing for that c*** Mourinho for a few extra bags over playing better football under Guardiola.

I mean they are c*** for playing for the scum, but Alexis is the highest earner so gets the special treatment

Ah well. We were by far the better side in the first half but a bad mistake cost us dearly. Second half no contest.

The most annoying thing was our sponsor for the night naming Sanchsz as MOTM. Wankers.
