All we need is a point at home to a team who has nothing left to play for. How hard can that be? On another note we’re lucky we did our pitch up during covid because if we hadn’t, there’s no way our game would be on today with the amount of rain we’ve got coming down!

So here we are, the last day, and is the last 9 months going to reward all the efforts?. I think we will win today, but it's a big ask for the others we need to drop points to do so. But you never know.....although like others have said we only have ourselves to blame for frankly piss poor form since Xmas. Not giving up yet mind !!

All we need to do is equal or better the results of Exeter and Salford to guarantee a place in the play-offs, the way this season has been going I half expect us all to lose...regardless of the motivation levels of the teams we are facing...which will mean a nervy last day to the season for all of us.

So, that is just about it for this season, I look forward to resuming rivalries with some or most of you, either next season in this division, possibly the play offs, still here next season, at Wembley, still here next season or maybe even...wait for it, Division One!

Crucial for us that we get a result at Cambridge to prove to the EFL that us being relegated for being the shittest team in the league throughout the season is just not fair as we’re not the shittest team anymore.
Being shite for 75% of the season but then being half decent for the last 12 games means that surely we don’t deserve to go down right?

Heres my scenario, forest green are winning by a few we are losing 1-0 and exeter are drawing, then robbie willmott scores a 95th minute winner for you! it has to end like this it's writen in the stars.

Too many variables to call the game today.

If Crawley and Bolton both turn up it will be a close game that could go either way.

If Crawley turn up and Bolton are a nervous wrecks Crawley will win.

If Crawley are on the beach and Bolton turn up it will be a massacre!

If both teams fail to show then it will be a shit show.

My own personal opinion is Bolton will turn up , go a goal ahead and then Crawley will start to play. Maybe get a goal back but Bolton will win it in the last ten minutes.

Last week proved that we have Quality all over the park that can come in, I forgot my old account password and user name and that email was shutdown

Either way its been a wonderful season Derek and the Lads have done a great job after years of looking at oblivion we're looking up, Crawley hasnt lost against the top sides at home this season so im optimistic but either result of play offs or auto's are fine

Looks like Mansfield made some changes too. Probably one of the most irrelevant games both clubs will have had in some time but am more than happy with that given what we were potentially looking at in February. Given the circumstances a possible top half finish is ok.

I suspect a number in that squad will be moving on from Wednesday next week.
