Delighted for Steve Evans, he deserves his chance at a bigger club and i gotta feeling that this is a good move for both parties, his best asset is his motivation skills, we always seem to win high pressure games, he demands an high work rate off every single player otherwise their out of the team, he'll probably use every single player in the squad and fetch in around 10 players in January if he doesn't like what he's got, if Cellino gives him the time and gives him a decent budget to work on then i really do think it will be successful, Leeds will now be the most hated team in the football league now, or wait a minute!

why is anyone surprised at Evans being hired - a man with a history of dodgy contracts and back handers being employed by a convicted tax evader - I'm just surprised it's taken these two this long to get together.

I can't help but feel that if Cellino is the factor that won't change, there could be worse in charge of the team.

At least appointing someone who's been incredibly sucessful over the last six or seven years is less mental than appointing someone who'd bombed massively three levels lower!
