Monaco continue selling their players. Valère Germain has been loaned to Nice while Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco has been sold to Atletico Madrid for 20M€. With Obbadi and Ocampos also leaving I have no idea who's going to play on the wings. I just hope they won't rue all these sales as the CL qualifiers are coming thick and fast and I'd hate them to get knocked out to play in the EL (a competition they will most likely discard like all the other French sides).

I'll be watching too. The app that I use to follow scores, Futbol24 is saying PSG have a 90% chance of winning for betting. I don't know much about betting, but thats a bit harsh towards Lille to be honest, unless they've really declined that much.

Ref has been awful in my opinion. A lot of incorrect calls both for the referee and the linesmen. The sending off was justified though.

I thought Lille's defence was solid actually, I just thought that they were losing the midfield too easily thus granting PSG an entrance to their area. Although PSG should have had a penalty.

Yeah Rabiot's a moron. Thought the first was a bit harsh though. Ref gives it as all the other players are asking for it. Still you can't just pull a player's shirt when you're on a caution! Idiot!
Now PSG have to hope for a winner with Cavani upfront. Ah well, worked on Chelsea didn't it?

A bit off topic but what do you think of the Guido Carillo signing?

To be honest, I don't know a great deal about him. One of the many signings from ASM this summer and will be competing with the likes of El Shaarway to play. Will be interesting to see how he does.

As for PSG, I think it was a much better second half display. Classy performance from Motta yet again, they cannot afford to lose him.
Good goal from Lucas too.

Matuidi's perfectly-weighted pass was key. Completely put the defence and keeper out of position. One trait of his game that goes unnoticed someone. That guy's passing is also superb.
Lille were as shit as last season apart from a few glimpses but they did a major reshuffle this summer and I reckon Renard will have them well drilled by November. Predict them to finish a solid 6th-7th this season. Maybe finish in front of M*rseille.
