Good refereeing. Their lad fouls Procs, the. Procs shoves him off so 6 of one half a dozen of the other. Neither were involved in the goal either. I’d have been seething had it been chalked off.So yes?
Felt like justice was done when we scored that, songoo fouling proctor who fights him off and tries to get round him. Not sure how that's a Bradford freekick.
Ref was awful though, proctor had nothing all game for very similar situations
Not quite unless ragging someone’s shirt then pushing them to the floor is fair play…Good refereeing. Their lad fouls Procs, the. Procs shoves him off so 6 of one half a dozen of the other. Neither were involved in the goal either. I’d have been seething had it been chalked off.
Sanogo’o looked decent for Morecambe but has had two stinkers against us this season.
Disappointed with their goal mind, it’s a routine save until the deflection but glad we’ve held on with our past record of blowing late leads!
Before Mansfield I said 7 points over each 4 game spell would likely be enough for top
7, and we have 6 from 2 from two very tough assignments, would want more than 1 point from the two home games now though!
1 loss in 13 but just so frustrating a) we managed to lose to Colchester after dominating the play and those games against Rochdale and Harrogate we really should of won.
Wilson seems to be hitting form after his long lay off now coinciding with Proctor as well hopefully we can keep this run going as it’s there for us if we play to our level we have shown for periods this season.
missed off the bit where songo'o fouls proctor and the bit where he throws himself to the floor thereNot quite unless ragging someone’s shirt then pushing them to the floor is fair play…

Proctor's shirt was being pulled before and he was literally shoving Songo'o off him for grabbing hold of shirt. The advantage was played as Songo'o had committed the original foul. Plus, it had zero effect on the goal.I thought it was a foul, Songo’o has his shirt pulled and then gets pushed over. Regardless though, he's shit and needs sending to Morecambe in the summer. Like you say, new CB to partner Paudie who I hope we can keep, but in truth we need much better fullbacks than Hendrie and Foulds who are ok as backup but nothing more.
Agree on Cook, I like him but we need more mobility.
Someone using screen caps against port vale is an entertaining role reversalNot quite unless ragging someone’s shirt then pushing them to the floor is fair play…

Your view is very bias haha it was a blatant foul I sit in the kop and watched it unfold. You were worth the victory but to say that’s a legitimate goal is nonsense. How is getting pushed to the floor throwing yourself to the floor, I’ve seen some bias but I think this may take the biscuit. Proctor used to do this sort of thing for us, and gave away fouls regularly.missed off the bit where songo'o fouls proctor and the bit where he throws himself to the floor there
there's no circumstance where that is a freekick to bradford in my view. it's play on for a freekick to vale.

I don't think there's bias. I think you're just blatantly ignoring the foul on Proctor, which occurred first. He's literally shoving Songo'o as in 'get the fuck off me '. Should he just accept someone grabbing hold of his shirt and preventing him from joining the attack?Your view is very bias haha it was a blatant foul I sit in the kop and watched it unfold. He had his arms out as many defenders do when a striker is backing into them, have you ever watched an attacker back into a defender before? And if so does that give them the right to near rip their shirt off and throw them to the ground? We had a defender sent off for throwing someone to the ground at Oldham, granted it shouldn’t have been a red and was overturned but how you can deny it’s a foul is beyond belief.im honestly stunned. any neutrals watched the twitter vid and got any thoughts?
songo'o quite clearly has hold of proctor first. how can you ignore that?
Where’s all this shirt pulling from Songo’o I saw him hold him off which is a regular thing between defenders and attackers in football it doesn’t usually involve an attacker nearly ripping someone’s shirt off and throwing them to the ground though.I don't think there's bias. I think it is you that has the bias issue and I think most neutrals would view it the same.
You can quite clearly see he has hold of his shirt. I'm not going to debate this anymore as even some of your fans said there was no foul.Where’s all this shirt pulling from Songo’o I saw him hold him off which is a regular thing between defenders and attackers in football it doesn’t usually involve an attacker nearly ripping someone’s shirt off and throwing them to the ground though.
Sure they did guessing the weren’t at the game…You can quite clearly see he has hold of his shirt. I'm not going to debate this anymore as even some of your fans said there was no foul.
Not really I’ve said you deserve the win, where on our forum is everyone agreeing with you I’ve read the thread and can’t see it don’t talk nonsense.Sorry Wilsden, you're talking bollocks. They were both tugging and shoving. Proctor was just stronger. Can't recall seeing any protests from your players and there are plenty of fans on your own forum who agree with me. Sour grapes me thinks!
The sky highlights show it clearer but clear foul on Proctor, plus why would Procs make that foul 20 yards behind an attack? Sanogo tried to stop him getting into the attack Procs was just too strong. You can quite clearly see he has hold of his shirt. Fair comment from a neutral perspective, even if the shirt pulling was 6 of one the throw to the floor certainly wasn’t can’t remember last time I saw something like that not given and as I said one of our CBS was even sent off the other week for similar although there was a ruck going on around as well and it got rescinded. It’ll be interesting to see if Quest comment on it, if they can be bothered. That said we still shouldn’t have let them score after it happened.
It's all interpretation innit, is Proctor holding Songo'o shirt before he even receives the ball, looks like it, or is Songo'o holding his arm, also looks like it, could argue it either way, probably both is happening, easier for the ref to just sit on the fence and call it neither way.
No arguments on that second part though, foul all day.
Still, matters not cos it wasn't given
Great away day today. 9 points in 8 days and not only are the playoffs back on but automatic is back on. Win on Tuesday and we are 1 point off 3rd with a game in hand. Good game today but we were definitely the better side and thoroughly deserved the win. I also have to say that James Wilson is a fantastic player at this level. He just oozes class and quality. I think i may be ever so slightly in love with him.
Funny enough I was thinking the very same thing as I was driving back and I recon we had a pretty similar wage budget then too. Just goes to show the difference when u have a proper recruitment team in place. I reckon Garrity is on less than Barnett was.i'm in love with a man call ben garrity. doesn't so much ooze class, just blood sweat and tears.
must be horrible to play against us at times.
fucking hell, remember when we had pugh tonge and kay in mdifield with anton forrester and tyrone barnett up front.
Sutton's goal on Tuesday night came from a free kick where our centre back was thrown to the floor by their striker. I think referees are really struggling to know just who is at fault in these instances. Our big striker Josh Davison seems to get manhandled and fouled game after game but gets little from referees. So he's either trying to make it look like he is being fouled and its being seen through by referees, or referees see what defenders are dishing out is fair. In all honesty it seems like they are guessing half the time but that's a few games now where he gets nothing from referees so I'm wondering about whether he is not very good at it!Fair comment from a neutral perspective, even if the shirt pulling was 6 of one the throw to the floor certainly wasn’t can’t remember last time I saw something like that not given and as I said one of our CBS was even sent off the other week for similar although there was a ruck going on around as well and it got rescinded.
