This summer our owner Steve Morgan made a speech about putting Wolves back on the map, buy building a squad good enough to challenge for promotion. By summer 2015 our squad looked like:

Ikeme

Iorfa - Batth - Stearman Golbourne

Price - McDonald

Henry - Sako - Dicko

Afobe
6 months later

Ikeme

Iorfa - Batth - Ebanks Landell - Golbourne

Coady - McDonald

Henry - Edwards - Graham

Le Fondre??
Our squad has been decimated with our 4 best performers of last season now not with us (Dicko only one to be injured, rest have left). Were up for sale and are very unlikely to have a buyer any time soon. We have an owner who has self confessed to wanting to sell all of the clubs assets, and a CEO whom for years has been assisting him into turning us into a mediocre Championship club with no ambition.

The sooner the toxic pair that is Steve Morgan and Jez Moxey leave this once great club the better. I don't think I've ever felt as low supporting Wolves as I have in the last week. The lack of ambition is truly concerning.

If Burnley could be given one so they'd stop bidding for our players, that would be great!

Apparently both of their bids for Tarky and Judge were under £1m. Don't know why they'd even bother other than to try and fuck with us. After dealing well with us over Gray, they've gone down massively in my estimation as a club.

Maybe we're under transfer embargo and we just haven't told anyone yet

10 Years today since we were taken over by the fans group Bees United, and installed Greg Dyke as Chairman, saving the club from surely going bust.

It's not gone too bad since then, a fantastic first 6 months (beating Sunderland 2-1 in the FA Cup, getting to the Play Offs in League 1 but almost going up automatically) was followed by a couple of terrible years, Martin Allen leaving, relegation to League 2, bottom half of League 2 and Craig Pead somehow getting in the TOTY every year despite being useless, more financial troubles as well...

Since then we've gone from strength to strength, winning League 2 up in Darlington under Andy Scott, the play off and promotion pushes under Uwe Rosler (inluding *that* penalty) and finally achieveing what we hadn't done in my lifetime in returning to the Championship. Not only being competitive, but fantastic last season, playing immense football (fans of most clubs said we were playing the best football in the league, maybe after Bournemouth) with a young, hungry team who were a great investment for the future.

This season hasn't been so great (can't believe that I can even say a mid-table campaign in the Championship isn't so great...), but the club continues to grow. We made £15m in the summer, more than the previous 24 years combined, and despite 3 managers and a crippling injury list, players refusing to play, one of the smallest playing budgets in the league (still in the bottom third) and a myriad of other factors, we could still hit the play offs this year, though I suspect we'll stay roughly where we are and finish around 11th.

Above all though, we will hopefully start building work on the new stadium this year, the piece of the jigsaw that should allow us to be consistently competitive in this league, and secure the future of the club for many years to come.

Don't know how some people can say Matthew Benham doesn't know what he's doing, or is bad for the club. You only have to look at the results over the past 8-10 years to see he's done a brilliant job. Up the Bees!

So Bolton fend off HMRC but then still can't pay players a couple of days later...?

Brighton are c***.

Whitehawk FC also wish to make it known that BHAFC has threatened us with legal action simply because on our website header, it says “Whitehawk FC, of Brighton and Hove City”, something which is clearly true as we are based in this city. Despite this, BHAFC have felt the need to threaten legal action against us because of this “fact” on our header, again seemingly under the impression they believe they have taken ownership of the words “Brighton and Hove”.

Several supporter groups have created C.A.R.D (Coalition against Roland Dutchâtelet), and supporters have been donating money to fund things such as the black and white scarves, leaflets, stickers, banners etc. This is easily the best bit of money spent yet, went up this morning.

Thanks for that.

Hilarious, the team are rock bottom of the Championship, staring League One in the face, the fans are protesting/boycotting and keeping some fucking sofa dry is their priority.

Blackpool fans take note, this is how to protest, not 20 people outside the ground with a megaphone and some stern looks.

While we're on the subject, here are a few other pieces that have been paid for through the fund for anyone that's interested.

There sheer audacity of the club, asking the fans to stump up the 250k cash to pay for Sir Jack's statue outside of the stadium.

Morgan and Moxey have absolutely rinsed the club of it's assets over the last 3 years, and now they have the cheek to ask the loyal fans again to cover the bill. Try taking some out of Afobe fund you greedy fuckers.

The sooner these parasites leave the better.

Interesting bit of data analysis by this guy supposedly shows if everyone supported their nearest club, how many fans would each team have. Three Championship teams come top, Brighton come out in first, Birmingham have the second biggest catchment area, but we come third which is massively surprising given we're in London.

Just goes to show how many successful clubs and glory supporters there are in West London!

Just in case the image didn't work got a link below as well.

Wasn't sure where to put this, so I'll leave it here...

Zach Clough's family on Twitter are an embarrassment. His girlfriend likes every comment about him (so she must be searching his name), and the majority of them today are criticising Lennon for taking him off. That has to be embarrassing for Zach, and I'm sure Lennon wouldn't be best pleased if he found out about that.

Furthermore, his dad tonight has been reacting and 'biting' at comments from City fans taking the piss about them going down and his lad making the 'wrong' decision not to leave.

It's pretty embarrassing tbh, he's a 20 year old fully grown man, I'd be more than frustrated if my parents were interfering with my life on social media on that sort of publicity scale.
