Eh? It's a simple question init, like asking where the toilet is or something daft like that. Hardly holding his day up.

I was going to go down the old route of privileged footballers should show a bit of respect to fans who pay (or normally pay!) a small portion of their wages but it's not even that is it.
The bottom line is just don't be a bellend to people, it's not hard to be polite regardless of your background.
Apart from middle lane drivers, they can fuck off.

Nah, you've got to be a proper freak anyway to set about talking to a footballer while he's trying to get on with his day to day life, and asking him questions regarding his finances is out of order.

I remember just after Forestieri had refused to play, he came in our place.
All the lasses (who've never been to Hillsborough) were after his autograph they came up to me all giddy and said aren't you going to talk to him?
I replied I wouldn't anyway but I'm certain the words I have for him wouldn't go down well at all.

Did he go for the big mac?

Callum Robinson showing his worth today, his two goals were top class, set up the 4th and it was his shot that was spilled for 3rd. Will be a significant loss to the squad, no doubt we would have more points on the board if he didn't miss 3 and a half months of the season.

Was a really easy win and it felt like a pre-season game, Ipswich are very shit but we were good to watch, that front three of Maguire, Robinson & Nmecha destroyed them, direct, quick and plenty of skill, should have been more than 4-0.

Rafferty had a solid debut and Ledson played well, i've been critical of him but showed plenty of promise for next season.

My hero Ricardo Fuller also doing a lap of the stadium in the second half, got a great reception, as did Gary Parkinson at half time who is suffering from locked-in syndrome. Really sad.

Fucking hell. I remember Gary Parkinson from your League One days and your title-winning season I think (nearly 20 years ago now!!). Poor fella. Wish him all the best.

Yeah, awful, yesterday was a fund raiser for him, hopefully a good amount was collected.

Yeah, sad seeing Parky like that.

Still remember that absolute fucking beaut that he arrowed into the top bag at Turf Moor, like it was yesterday.

March 2000. Still got the ticket stump somewhere. 19 years ago. Mad.

Getting a bit tired of defending Pearson, he was stupid to challenge Bamford in that position, he's quicker than him, avoid contact for another 6 or 7 yards and take the ball.

You can't go down to 10 men after 50 minutes against Leeds, they're too good, especially with the likes of Bamford, Klich & Hernandez there to punish you.

11 v 11 we have a chance to nick something even if we were being outplayed but that red card just gave them confidence.

That said, that referee was an utter c***, booking Pearson for a coming together and then letting Ayling off for an uncontrolled lunge minutes later just makes you want to give up with this sport. How Nmecha didn't win a corner when their keeper actually saves the ball is insane as well.

Yep but just don't see it, even Alex Neil has seemed to accept it.

A shame his under-study Ledson hasn't stepped up to the plate yet.

Seems like Ledson has taken up the role quite well today.

Nah, Pearson gets sent off but has actual talent unlike that Shit Scouse c***. Can only look decent against Ipswich. Bin him in the summer.

That said, even with ten men, thought we were the better team today. Some daft errors at the back but had much more quality. Wigan had something to play for though, dug in and did the job. Can't say I'm too bothered, had a decent sesh.

Thought we played well against Derby. We had some decent chances and Smith should have scored. No idea where 9 minutes injury time came in and no way was it a penalty.

Nearly did a job on us, if all the clear cut chances were converted it should have been 2-1 QPR going into injury time.
I was surprised by 9 minutes but it's a good deterrent to the antics your boys were upto. (We've all been there though). Hopefully more refs take note, I thought he was incredibly lenient as far as time wasting punishment went but if they add it on at the end happy days.
Penalty is 50/50 for me, if you're on our side of it you want a penalty but can see the other argument. Daft tackle from the wrong side - it's got to be clean if you're making that challenge there and it wasn't so he gave the ref a decision to make. A nice change after the two we didn't get given on Friday.

No mate, had a look at jumping on the bandwagon after the game yesterday but didn't buy them and now they've all gone.
I'm part time anyway nowadays, not made many games on my ST this year. Before this last couple of weeks it averaged at about £70 a game so not going to bother next year.

Doesn't get much bigger than Saturday, should be a good en.

Just because Derby fans wanted it doesn't make it a 50/50.

Defender took the ball, its a fair challenge and not a penalty. Pretty sure everyone other than Derby fans would see that.

Maybe not for you, hence why I said 'for me'. I'm not talking for anybody else, you can all make up your own minds.

Is it really a fair challenge? Just because you get a slither of the ball doesn't mean it's fair. Challenges like that are give as free kicks on a weekly basis, took too much of Bogle and stopped him running onto the ball. I think it's soft as fuck but it's hardly the cleanest challenge we'll ever debate over a penalty.

VAR would overturn it and it wouldn't be given. Annoying as fuck really, as we deserved something out of it.

Not sure after seeing this angle:

Get's Bogle before the ball, the ref didn't have this view mind but the right call was made. I didn't think it was as clear as this from seeing Sky's highlights tbh, thought he got the ball first.

Agree you deserved something out of the game. Typical of this division when you don't take guilt edge chances they'll come back to bite you.

If Ben Pearson picks up a yellow card in his next two games then he misses the first two games of next season. Sounds like he'll be playing though following Ledson's red, i'd be amazed if avoids one. He's a nob no doubt but he only has to touch someone to get booked by some referees.

Leeds game did it for me, he gets booked for running into someone near the touchline, while Ayling walks away with nothing after a wreckless lunge minutes later.

Good game that.

Like the look of Ripley despite conceding three, Stockley impressed me again, Browne looked back to normal and DJ & Fisher were class.

Bannan superb for them, always looks class, surprised he's never been snapped up by a bottom half Prem side. Hector looks a good player too.

Hector was superb for them. It was basically our forwards v him in the 1st half. (Wonder if they'd be up for swapping him for Andy Boyle?)

Ripley looks like there's defo something to work with there. Seemed to lose a bit of confidence in the 2nd half, but it was so refreshing to see our keeper coming for high balls and plucking them out of the air (especially in the 1st half)

DJ ran round like a madman, sliding in etc and ran himself into the ground. Nice to see that the fans appreciated it and made it known with a number of rapturous applauses.

Fish is one of my favourite players. Absolute warrior and looks even better at LB.

I thought Maguire had a decent game too, but he's taken a bit of stick on Pne-online. Again, ran himself into the ground and battled well all game. Obviously going through a bit of loss of form/confidence though...... things aren't quite coming off for him, on the ball. His touch and shooting are a bit iffy at the moment.

Robinson is just pure class, but unfortunately it looked like he was very upset leaving the pitch. First as a sub, then at the end of the lap of honour. Looked like he was saying goodbye.

Stockley is a goalscorer. Give him decent service in and around the box, and we've got a 15+ goal a season striker, for sure.

Davies and Storey looked dodgy at times, but what do we expect? They're kids, learning the game. Phenomenal prospects though. Mawene level and beyond type potential. Love seeing them plucking the ball out of the air calmly as fuck, even though they've got opposition players bearing down on them, then offloading with a simple accurate pass to a team mate (instead of just shanking a hoof out of play).
So confident and brimming with a confident swagger, both of them.

Fucking mad game that. Loved it.
