A few years ago Wrexham didn't get promoted with 98 points. I don't think they ever recovered from that.

Sold 12,000 in the home ends for the Swindon game on Saturday so far, so we've opened up half the kop for home fans. Should be a good atmosphere, if I could be assed i'd go the ticket office and try to move ends.

Amazed it's that many TBH - for what is a meaningless game for us.

Probably be the best part of 800 odd with POTD

Most were probably sold when it wasn't meaningless.

Harlow Town are going to finish on 103 points this season and still need the play-offs. Lost in the play-off final last year.

What a vile thing to chant! There are lines that aren't crossed and that's crossed it.
Small minded and extremely thick not that I am surprised given it's that prick!
What an absolute bell end.

Each to their own SF. I don't particularly like sick chants like that one but that's just my opinion.
This Pritchard fool has been all over other media sites with similar shite about us (hoping our fans die of cancer etc) and our players and is getting very tiresome.

I can't be arsed to listen, but I'm assuming it's about being a nonce or something similar?

It's out of order but I found it quite funny.

I'm not sure quite why they have it in for him so much. I certainly didn't see them as rivals when we signed him, he's never bad mouthed them or anything, and he didn't celebrate when he scored against them last season (although I bet he wishes he did now).

Bit harsh - I've never came across him saying anything of that sort - definitely not to that extreme, and if he would of, he'd be facing a ban from the forum.

To be fair, he does say in the description 'this may offend people, but it's just football banter.'

Not that I agree this is banter - but it's a bit harsh on the kiddy, considering he was the one filming it and not even singing it.

It's about 'having a party when Flint dies'!
I know it's not a reflection of Swindon's support by the way.

I can't see anything humerous about this kind of 'banter', there is way too much of this kind of shite in football, little pricks on Twitter posting that they hope people die of cancer etc because their team has lost a game of football, I find it pathetic.

Some (a pretty small amount) used to sing a song about Martin Aldridge when he was sadly killed in a car crash. The thinking was that because he used to play for Oxford it was acceptable. Frankly disgusting if you ask me. Football songs CAN be unique, witty and funny although they seem to be in the minority these days.

At the time of Flint's departure we thought we had a decent fee for him. This was enhanced by his iffy form last season.

Obviously blossomed this season but can't see why we, as Swindon fans, should really care.

Players come and go all the time and some fans perceive some kind of ownership of some of them.

Much the same as when a player is seen kissing the badge before fucking off to another club within the week.

Football is, in essence, a load of bollocks

O'Driscoll had said if it were up to him he'd never have paid that amount for Flint, funny how things work out sometimes, if O'Driscoll had been allowed to reject signing Flint who knows what would have happened.

To be fair, many City fans said the same at first when seeing Flint.

Flint was nowhere near as bad as some made out last season. He was looking good just before his injury. I think city fans (maybe fans in general) are to quick to judge. Hell, look at some of the comments aimed at Matt Smith. They were embarrassing!

Not just Flint but Fielding was absolutely atrocious and his confidence was on the ground - what a turn around he has had aswell possibly more impressive than Lord Flint.
