Craig Alcock gone permanently to Doncaster. Barnsley rumoured to be interested in Kieron Freeman

You'd think Cov was playing in Europe with the size of their squad.
League 1 teams don't play in Europe usually and I am willing to bet that our squad isn't even in the the top 10\12 biggest in the league. Sheffield United for example have 43 professional players apparently.

I know, but I said it early on in the season, Cov seem to have a new player for every week of the season.

Not trying to have a go though, I'd love for Walsall to bolster our squad and not have to rely on James Baxendale to sit on the bench.

Adam El-Ab, Wes Thomas, Louis Thompson and Ben Gladwin all return to thei parents club. Henrik Ojamaa has cancelled his contract and joined FC Wacker.

Worrying times ahead.

Was Gladwin playing well? We are happy he is back and fitter than before, hopefully he gets in our team and not just on the bench.

I can't imagine that Joe Cole will be playing for peanuts.
Coventry do seem determined to have a real go at getting up this season.

I'm gonna predict that there is literally no-one on these forums who could give you a detailed analysis of that bloke.
I'll take you up on that challenge :)
Hooi is a small fast wide player. A little too lightweight for my liking. He can play on either side, but normally the left. Don't expect too much in terms of tackling or goals.
After all these years in The Netherlands, I still stuggle to equate levels of leagues here to England but I'll be honest I was surprised when I heard it was Coventry that was interested. I think it maybe too much for him, but I'll be happy to be proved wrong.
He'll leave NAC with everyone's best wishes; but given our strength our wide he was never going to be a regular starter and it is clear the new manager (the ex Brentford Manager) doesn't fancy him. NAC's financial position doesn't allow them to bring new players in without offloading and him (and Jori de Kamps) aren't in the managers plans.

Our manager has confirmed he's on trial but not signed. Cheers for the write up though, sounds like a player we just sent back to Liverpool

Yes, fanzine here says that too.
He will be allowed to go to a foreign club on a free apparently.

He was Lord Ferguson to us as well until he turned in to a stubborn, clueless and tactically inept manager for the last 18 months.
O'Driscoll was the same for us, doesn't mean I don't appreciate how fucking brilliant it was in the good times.

How much do you think we'll be paying him?
Not big money for the Premier League.

Big money for League One though.

If you think he's rocking out for Coventry for a couple of bags of sherbet dip every week then you're clearly a custard short of a pudding.

Yes. He's still far from the finished article and probably not quite ready for Championship football but his return (along with Louis Thompson's) certainly marked a turnaround in Town's form this season.
