Who are you thinking?

Well McGregor was the one that immediately came to mind as he's fallen out of favour again at Celtic, but I don't think we can sign him outside the transfer window. It's not gonna be Grealish... JCR!?!

I didn't know it was someone from last season mind.

SHEEHAN. SIGN ALL THE LEFT BACKS.

Looking through it can only really be Grealish or McGregor - and it won't be the former.

If it's Sheehan then I might actually shoot myself.

Weird one, he seems to have been ever present for Sheff Utd and looks to have done quite well for them, he's scored 7 or 8 i think.

We've missed him loads. He's hardly consistent but he was really good in the last few games of last season and we never replaced him pace at all. On a good day it takes three defenders to stop him.

Wow, I can see the Sheff Utd fans being quite angry at this?

We play Bradford, MK Dons and Swindon next month and they can recall him after 28 days.

Do da Math.

You literally fucking hated him for 90% of his time with Notts  #MattRitchie'd

but yeah, I agree, he was infinitely more influential/effective/important and generally just better than Grealish for the last 2 months of the season.

I still think Ritchie is really overrated.

I did, but we're so boring and sloooow right now that the prospect of JCR is the most exciting thing to happen all season.

On paper, an excellent signing - only a matter of weeks since he was scoring a brace away at a Prem side (QPR, granted) in the FA Cup.

Welcome back JCR - I take back everything I said when you left

Hang on, Matt Ritchie who is now playing regularly at Bournemouth? Who has scored 9 goals from the wing in England's second league?

I presume not but you can never be sure with some of the noddies on here!

It's kiiiind of a joke cos I thought he was hopeless when we had him on loan as a kid, but it's become a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy now because he's always terrible on the odd occasion I see a Bournemouth game on the tele.

He did like a shot, but he has a good shot.

I miss MR at Swindon. Criminal we sold him for a pittance towards the end of the Di Canio circus.

Went to Forest last night and Ritchie did nothing except wave his arms around for the ball for 90 minutes like a short, white Dion Waiters. Although Bournemouth had no answer for Forest sticking 10 men behind the ball all game, so it's not just Ritchie's fault.

JCR should be a great pick up for us.

Anyone else think it stinks that Clough can whimsically go and strengthen a team who play two direct rivals to Sheffield United in the month JCR will be at Meadow Lane?

I'm not having a go at Notts here.

bit weird, he's been very poor when he's started league games for us but been very good off the bench.

suppose it makes more sense as Notts Co play two automatic rivals and a playoff rival in the 28 days...and yes spire it does seem wrong that we could do that assuming that's the motive. And a wee bit embarrassing to be fair, if we have enough strength to do that then we should have enough strength to get us up automatically without loaning out players for games against rivals.

Oh great JCR tore us apart last season at Meadow Lane and he returns just in time to repeat the trick.

Jordan Hugill to Tranmere, rejoining Micky Adams who gave him his chance with us.

Unimpressive with Blades against us bar the tap in, a very inconsistent player like our two. Let's face it last season JMW didn't exactly help the full back with his lazy arsed atitude like Byron and Marshy do!

Of course I am, I'm jealous of every fucking club currently. I've even been to Derby twice in 4 days just so I can sit there and think to myself how jealous I am of a club that is technically closer to my house than the fucking team I support.

It doesn't mean Robinson isn't the world's biggest cockduster though, who is fibbing out of his bunghole about the budget.

Just thought it worth adding that it was Chelsea that made the call, not us.

One would assume we're paying the absolute minimum if that's the case?
