Play him in he right position, in the centre of midfield, ad he could do a good job for you.
A very good passer of the football.
He fell out with the hierarchy at Posh apparently (after being made captain) and as for Orient, well the state of that club for the last couple of years means it is not surprising that anyone can struggle to settle.
There is a good player in there.

We had the option to buy him last season and he said to all our fans at our POTY awards "I'm not signing here, its a circus, I'd be mad to join here" something along those lines rumoured to have fallen out with the heriachy at our place as well.

We had him as a loan player though - You can only name 6 in your squad which meant by the end of last season, we didn't play him on a number of occasions for that very reason.
