Had a bid rejected for Brad Potts, supposedly seven figures, had one rejected in the summer too.

Never been impressed by him to be honest.
Now signed according to Sky Sports website.

Potts has been alright this season, this is more his level than the Championship but tbf he showed flashes in a poor side last year. He's a big lad with a decent shot on him but isn't a creative player, doesn't track back either.

I hope we've a replacement signed up as the player who could best step in, Moncur, is wanted by Portsmouth and I think he'd go if we got the chance.

Shrewsbury are apparently after Brad Walker and I'm pissing my pants that the lazy bastard has even courted League One opposition.

Probably because Ricketts worked with him for a while at Wrexham but they can do so much better than Walker seriously.

They can piss off.

Ricketts is truly useless if that's the best he can bring to Shrewsbury. He's doing a fine job for us at this level but there's no chance he's league 1 standard.

Jonny Williams watching our game yesterday and looking as if he’ll be signing on loan.

Just what our injury ravaged squad needs, a crock.

Williams signs permanently.

Surprised by that but pleasantly. IF he can stay fit that is potentially a first class signing for this division.

Even though you are a rival for us in terms of the league this season im secretly rooting for him as he came across really well on the Sunderland documentary on Netflix. Seemed a really nice kid.

I'm yet to see him play a competitive game, but he's got enough England u20 and u21 caps to suggest he's alright. He'll probably be no2 keeper for us next season, so hopefully he's no mug.

Bobbin' sounds like Maxwell to you on loan is a done deal to be announced tomorrow.

I’ve never been a massive fan of his style of play but he’s a decent keeper.

SF_ loves him though

Haven’t seen anything?

We need a keeper as Jed Steer has returned to Villa.

Can’t say I’m too excited at the prospect of signing a keeper who is being kept out of a side by Declan Rudd.

David Hopkin confirmed that we are in the race to sign Bournemouth striker Sam Surridge and Celtic defender Jack Hendry - but face stiff competition for both - as always.

He's miles better than Rudd, but had a bust up with the manager apparently.

I'd much rather keep him over Rudd, but we're signing a new number 1 anyway.

Maxwell is a good keeper but he's been been pissed off here for a while and Neil is fed up with him.

Twice the keeper Rudd is.

I know we get moaned at for going on about it at length, but James Justin in this last 2 games has added about another £1m to his price tag. Yesterday he was the best player on the pitch for both sides; ours by a distance.

Curtis Thompson who's short term contract would have run out after our next game has signed an extension until 2021,he's been brilliant in midfield for us and helps out in defence i can't understand why Notts County let him go,with decisions like that no wonder they're struggling in League 2.

Before following it up with this.

Probably the correct decision...

I actually think he plays better at left back than he does at right back weirdly. May just be the case that his spells at left back happen to have coincided with good overall team form though.
