Don’t Bolton go for it every season?
No The last time we played Lincoln we was in Administration had a team full of kids.....Starting with -12 points and a owner who never paid either the players or bills.

When we play you next it will a team with a winning mentality and a team on the up........Starting on a level points
and owners willing to back a excellent manager

Rekeem Harper all but confirmed from WBA... circa £500k.

Amazed he's dropped down to L1... new owners have made it clear they're willing to meet wage demands to lure players from higher leagues, but still.

We're also in negotiations with Rotherham for Matt Crooks.

Finally; unrelated... the club confirmed on Monday we had sold 10,000 season tickets and it's understood that figure is now closer to 13,000. Quite incredible considering we sold just under 9k last season.

The revolution will be televised...

So you're one of the few club's paying £10k+ per week that Robinson mentioned the other day in an interview.

At least you've got a good manager now to utilise them.

He looked really good a few seasons ago. That really is a statement of intent too with those potential wages. We won’t be spending anywhere near that on anybody… very good numbers on the tickets too. What is the pricing like?

That’s why I don’t want to make predictions this coming season. There’s going to be serious money being spent and we are no where near comparable with that anymore in this league. I know money doesn’t always buy success but midtable would be a good solid season for us this season as our playing budget won’t be a patch on the likes of Ipswich, Sunderland etc. If we finish higher than that then we will have overachieved.

Louis Moult to Burton?

He's missed so much football that I can't say if he's worth signing but he's a decent player. Good link up and hes good at finding space. He'd have scored a lot in this league before his injuries.

Hope he does well, meant to be a really top guy, does a lot work with the homeless.

Matt Crooks was terrific against us a couple of seasons ago. Looked a cut above.

I'm staggered Rekeem Harper is dropping down. Crikey!

Yeah, now that you've paid 35% of the debts owed to local companies, emergency services, Bolton council and other creditors.

Sounds like Jayden Stockley is almost a done deal and getting rid of "more yellows than goals" Ellis Harrison to Oxford or Fleetwood

You seem to be a bitter cvnt, or maybe one of the many that took great pleasure out of our near demise, anyway do you think your tiny outfit will be punching above your weight AGAIN?

If he turns out to be good like Sonny Bradley was when he was here that would be great let's wait and see.

Confirmed that left back Josh Ruffels has left us to go to Huddersfield. Good luck to him as he has been a good player/professional for us over many games. A nice pay rise over 2 years is a good move for him.

So that’s what they offered Sonny Bradley then.

Crookes has always performed well again us, good player.

No surprise to see Cowley go in for Stockley, we had a sniff when he was here but the £100k price-tag Exeter paid was out of our reach.

Stockley deal very close although think his agent is trying to get a few more pennies his way and either using Charlton as the bait to get us to increase it or genuinely Charlton are interested but Stockley wants to come back down south as he's from Poole.

Read this morning that Stockley's preference is to join us so I expect his agent is stalling and actually using Portsmouth as the bait which also indicates we're not willing to pay as much so he'll likely end up signing for you.

Obviously I think he's a bit crap but I hope we're not giving him away after his decent spell at Charlton.

Both thinking the same. He'll end up somewhere else I expect!

James Brophy from Leyton Orient to Cambridge United confirmed on a 3 year deal (which is very unlike us). Should play left wing for us.

Tom Naylor signed for Wigan on 3 year deal. On his day best anchor man, defensive midfielder, good at attacking set pieces and score the odd 30 yarder. On his off days, can't control, can't pass and his only leadership technique is to clap his hands. One of jacketts worse decisions was making him captain. Probably will suit the Wigan pitch and shoddy weather. Think a 3 year deal is abit silly for wigan. Not gutted to see him leave to be honest as the last 5 months of the season he was pretty rubbish.

Apparently his replacement is Accringtons matt butcher. Is a Pompey fan and apparently was a decent player for them last season. I know nothing about him tho
