Dover have had some good keepers going back, obviously Bob Bolder springs to mind for me

Recently we’ve gone for a CF sitting behind 2 strikers with no real wingers tbh so I can’t see him starting too many games.

He is no doubt a welcome addition to the squad though whether it’s adding an option from wing, replacing a striker or sitting behind the strikers.

Will be interesting to see what level he’s still at these days

We tried him as a striker and he was lost, but given a free role behind the strikers, with license to drift out wide and he might look good. Certainly a great finisher but the rest of his game was pretty poor for us.

He's struggled away from London before with a gamblimg problem.

It was no suprise he did well in the first half of last season, when he moved back in with his family and was regularly spotted on the train and tube going to home games.

Don't blame him for trying to play a league higher, but I am not suprised he didn't settle.

Southampton set to recall Thierry Small which is probably the best decision for all parties, it hasnt worked out that one.

Looks like a strong chance Jack Stevens will be recalled to Oxford in January from what Karl Robinson has said. Think this was always a possibility and the risk you take going the loan route for a keeper. At least we have about 6 weeks or so to properly look at a permanent solution as Aiden Stone is definitely not the answer for me.
