Exactly why I don't want that village team playing in our league next season. I used to enjoy a trip to FGR in our early Conference days but how will they cope in the FL? Always used to dread getting the away fixture at The New Lawn towards the end of the season incase we were up there. The away end is the smallest I've ever been in. Think they've moved it now to the other side so it's terracing though, Also I think looking at the pictures they have removed the seats? Sledge FGR is this true mate?
I think they changed the away end as the changing rooms are adjacent the away stand - FGR players would be abused by away fans / away fans could cheer on their team etc etc. Away fans now have terrace behind the other goals i.e. the old home end. We usually got the uncovered terrace down the side of the pitch as well as the stand behind the goals when we played there. Was hoping FGR and the Gas got promoted this season and Cheltenham stayed up - could have had a few short trips for a change next season and would have been a SW bias to the league.

Apparently we've now been given an extra 300.

Going off whats being said, if we shift those (still got a week + pay on day) we will have 2,300 there.

It seems we could shift around 3,000 if given.

Tranmere should give us 500 in the side stand, I know season ticket holders who haven't been able to get any in time.

If its sold out?

You could buy Tranmere home end tickets online but the billing address would give it away, and you may not be permitted a ticket

I assumed you meant they hadn't been able to get to the ground to buy them. Pretty poor planning not getting their tickets on time especially if they could have gone online to buy them! Home end it is then....

Tranmere not giving us any extra tickets even though we could easily be given some of the side stand. Awful, they're turning away money.

I just can't see the logic

Bury would give you the main stand roles reversed.

We went through all this when we played Bournemouth last game of the season a couple of years ago. I'm sure it was something to do with policing requirements needing to be arranged a certain amount of time before the game, even more so because Liverpool are at home same time on Saturday.

If it was up to me you could have the whole of the Borough Road stand as well as the Cowshed, it's not though so tough shit!

The reason you can't have any of the JKS is because there are only turnstiles at one end and therefore it can't be split. If you had ever been to Prenton Park you would know that. What makes you think that season ticket holders in that stand should be moved to accommodate your jump on the bandwagon "fans" who don't even turn up at home games. What was your crowd last game? .A pathetic just over 4k. That's 1500 below our average and we have been bottom of the league nearly all season. You have the same amount of tickets far bigger clubs than you have had in the past. 2300 is the capacity of the away stand. You have the full allocation so live with it. I thought we were playing Bury not Man United. . A little club who have delusions of grandeur. Not to worry the collection buckets will be out again soon when it all goes pear shaped.

I know it's considered fun to take the piss out of Bury and use the word "Buckets" (ROFL original insult guys) but that rant was pathetic.

Never would I wish any club to go bust no matter what the current circumstances (MKDons not included)

2300 + at least two Bury at Prenton Park tomorrow...

Brilliant effort from Southend that. One of the followings of the season in my eyes.

2,300 away fans, over a 1,000 less than our average, yet there are fans jumping on the bandwagon??

Glad to see you go down you cretin

Looks like I have hit a nerve when you have to revert to name calling. It's ok I will still put in the bucket for you when the time comes. Oh by the way what was your average gate before Big Bucks turned up with his bankroll? Probably less than 2300. therefore the rest are indeed bandwagon jumpers. I rest my case. Anyway enjoy sitting at Prenton Park tomorrow listening to Southend going up.

When your attendances drop in the conference, and then you come back up and they rise again, are they band wagoners?

How the fuck do you get new supporters to attend without winning football matches?

If you must know, our average attendance before "Big bucks"

Last season: 3,163
Last time we were in L2 before then: 3,300+

Although you are wumming, we have never had an average attendance as low as 2,300.

Have fun losing to Braintree next year, and having local rivalries with Southport.

This one probably doesn't remember when his rag arse club had to play games on a Friday night to get four figure attendances.
