chief single handedly attempting to turn Wrexham into the new Wealdstone when it comes to creating beef with all and sundry.
Fair play.

Fair play, must've taken a good 10-15 minutes to find the quotes and come up with that earlier response. Some commitment.

Most of us have other things to keep them going but glad I could make your day.

Only sent another 300 whi h went on sale this morning and were sold out after a couple of hours. Hopefully we get another allocation soon.

Having abit of a mare with coach travel aswell. 3 coaches all been sold out for a while for Bradford on Saturday and despite demand for it we've not been able to get anymore, frustrating considering the train strikes. Same with Vale on Tuesday, sold 9 but struggling to get anymore.

I think if the demand is there the maximum away allocation is now 3300 at VP, basically anyone who wants to go will be able to get a ticket. I think the club are just being careful not to open up the whole stand if it’s not needed so as to reduce operational costs more than anything. Same reason the Railway will be closed for home fans unless the other stands sell out.

I'm not going to Bradford this season, neither are the other three I went with; doubt we'll shift 1,000 now it's on Sky and even earlier than the Police ordered it to be played.

Got to find a pub in Shropshire that'll show it, not going to be easy!

I'd guess around another 500 will do, I can't see us bringing many more than 1500 for a midweek cup game.

We can expect at least 150 of you then.
I think it was around 450 last season, probably be just under that this season with the transport issues. I know a few people that want to go but are struggling for transport.

Rail strikes tomorrow, so most away totals will be down a little, we've sold less than 1,000 for Walsall. Good news is I'm going in me car!

Less than 1000?! Absolutely no chance. Being on Sky should really have little bearing, unless I'm massively overestimating our fans' ability to be able to operate a VPN.

Vale not sending us anymore tickets 1031 is our lot. Something to do with operational issues. Guessing its something to do with Stoke playing at home at the same time. But still it's a joke to only get about 7% of the capacity for a cup game 14 miles down the road. I hope we give them the bear minimum next time they come to our place.

What did you bring last season, 2,100 ish?

I tend to agree, I can’t see it being much more than 1,000.

2211 last season. As mentioned at the time though there was diddly squat riding on that for us and we had Donny away the week after too.

I'll be very surprised if it's closer to 1000 than 2000 personally. Maybe I'm underestimating the early KO factor a bit though. However, that was in play before it got chosen for Sky as you've said.

I think the old bill are pulling the strings with this, they should never have allowed both ties to be played on the same night. Guess Vale have use terms like "operational reasons" as they don't want to piss the old bill off as I they have to work them more they have to work with us.

That being said, I can't believe a few Vale fans are trying turn it on us, I saw this beauty on OVF

" I also imagine we'll have told Crewe, to give you a higher allocation we need to pay out this much in staffing / stewarding costs, if you don't sell this amount in full, you'll be charged to cover the costs. They probably said no, and now they're being slightly less forthcoming with the truth, laying the blame on us."

We asked for more tickets, so the Alex would have known about covering the costs of any unsold tickets, they even had more coaches provisionally booked as a standby. I know loads who haven't got tickets, I think we would have sold the same amount again such is the interest. I know a few lads who work with some Vale fans who are now in the home stands thanks to said Vale fans, which is always a recipe for disaster"!

Absolutely ridiculous.
How much more trouble can it be to release say another 300 or so tickets?
Bags of room in that end.

Aye it’s the dibble as you say. I think they were quite accommodating in allowing us to swap home and away ends so probably keeping them onside for that reason. I don’t see why they couldn’t have freed up another few hundred or so though. It’s not as though inside the stadium there would be any home fans anywhere near the away support.

Would have solved a lot of issues if they’d asked Stoke to move to the Wednesday or at a push vice versa (even if us being away at Oxford at the weekend I’m not sure that would have pleased the manager).

675 Town at Walsall. No trains from GY/Cleethorpes today have brought that down a fair amount I'd have thought.

334 Crewe at Bradford. Like most this week not helped by train strikes but also the club refusing to put any more coaches on despite them selling out ages ago.

Seen a figure of 408 Morecambe on social media, not sure how accurate it is though.

Surely that can’t be right for Colchester…!?

314 for a 60 mile trip - even with no trains that’s terrible

Our attendance was 4,789. Not sure why all the outlets have 8, must have been a mistake by the PA media or whoever provides the generic match reports for the BBC, Sky etc.
