What on earth are you blabbering on about?

What each club takes to either ground historically is completely irrelevant. You’re 2nd in the league, it’s Boxing Day and relatively local.

Let me ask you this. If we were in your shoes, do you think we’d bring 1,300 or would we come closer to selling out? Don’t give me this spiel about population and bigger fanbase. It’s L2 football and we’ve spent 6 years here.
You'd sell 1,299. Kidding, you're a bigger club so that's the reason why you'd sell out. I was a bit disappointed at first but in truth, when was the last time we took over 1k to Bradford? First game of the 16/17 season? Even then think it was less than 1,100.

We do have a fickle fan base. You can gauge our away followings off the mood around the place. When the ticket details were released we were doing much better, still top, I'd have guessed 2k. Our form is why it's so low. We took 1,400 boxing day to Rotherham 2012 when 2nd in the league.

According to the brain dead Bradford fan taking 20 percent of your home support is now poor about sums up that fan base and your posts. Don't ever comment about anything other than attendances. Bradford would have to bring 3000 to 4000 to vale to take 20 percent which has never happened. 1200 is th most Bradford have ever taken it vale and that isn't even 10 percent of there support so Bradford away support is the poorest in the division.

We don't know how many home fans go to Bradford games though. Bradford fans might be able to estimate it - maybe current average is 12-13k?

At least quote me before you spout absolute drivel.

You remind me of Bury back in the day, when they used to average a smidge over 2,000 at home. They’d generally travel quite well away from home, averaging 500-600. The home-to-away ratio was a frequent ‘gotcha’ card for them to play, too. It merely highlights how poorly you’re supported at home, and it’s not the flex you think it is.

This is why your United and Arsenal’s of this world have such terrible away followings, you know, because they only fetch 4% of their home average. Yawn.

Support fluctuates depending on success - even more so away from home. Again, comparing what we’ve taken to Vale isn’t even remotely comparable.

You’ve sold 1,100 tickets. In your position, Walsall, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Notts, Grimsby, Tranmere, Carlisle and possibly Crewe would bring more.

Again, poor numbers!

Too much gets made of this.

On a Tues night, circa 10k-12k.

On a weekend, the stands are full and bums on seats reflect the official attendance.

You won’t see the anti-board brigade banging on about Valley Parade being sparse on a Saturday, because it isn’t and it doesn’t suit their agenda.

Crewe's away % travelling will have taken a big knock after the last home game. Brought 2.5% to GY on that basis. I rather think we are in one off territory though - highest home crowd since 1969 I gather...
