I think the majority have had a little chuckle about Sol Campbell and how is one of the best defenders of all time and will be a great manager.
But so far he is doing one hell of a job.

Yeah not convinced on that red card. There was another defender multiple yards ahead of them both. I can only imagine if was for the nature of the foul. If we're appealing McKeown's red against Lincoln then I'll be gobsmacked if we don't challenge that one.

The plastic club are not very good are they, not sure how they are so high up.

That said we have just had another sent off for a stupid tackle, not sure on another man being there but can't argue with the red in real time, it was obviously denying a very obvious goalscoring opportunity.

That said we still looked the most likely to score after he went off, plastics are that bad. Though now they have a chance to regroup and play against 10 men

Agree with everything, apart from the plastic stuff, not sure where that comes from, seems to be a popular phrase aimed at us.

If he wasn't rugby tackled to the ground and dragged back he'd have a clear shot at goal, red card for me

Pretty sure it's obvious why people call you that, and if you don't know why you never will!

No, it's really not obvious why. I support my team just like anyone other supporter. I know people don't like the move, and I can understand the whole 'franchise' label, but 'plastic' I'll never understand.

Never a red that, defender covering who’d have got there, officials in this league really do fucking hate us at the minute

Even as an MK supporter, that wasn't a red card...not a clear goalscoring opportunity and other defenders nearby.

One injury in the first 4 minutes, red card to our most important player, injury to Smith (arguably 2nd most important), all 3 subs made, not touched the ball for 25 mins; how are we still 2-0.

2nd half is going to be horrible and the chance of us holding Cheltenham off for it all is..."slim".

Its half arsed attempt at a tackle but that's a yellow he's still got a fair bit to do to get it in the net. 10/15 yrds further forward and I'd agree its a red.

I don't think it's an obvious chance on goal, of course he likely gets a shot away if he's pulling the trigger there but he only has one real corner to aim at as the other side is covered by the remaining defender and Russell likely has the other side covered. He's still outside the box and it'd take a great finish from there to score. He still has a lot to do so yellow for me.

At the end of the day it's shite defending from Davis and you'd almost rather he lets the man get away and own the mistake.

He got brought down 25 yards from goal and we had a defender ahead of play, how’s that a clear shot at goal?

Costly first half for us (barring the scoreline of course). Injuries to Arthur and more importantly Smith as well as a red card to Cameron. Really need to hang on for the win here as I don't think we'll have much success at Mansfield next weekend.

McNulty is finished. Bizarre as he was imperious first half of the season.

I guess being biased the Chelt v Macc at 2-2 is the best result for us but heck we need to win first!

We are seriously awesome with 10 men, 8th red card of the season and I think it’s only 2 conceded in total, one at Palace and one at Exeter, what a team of battlers, great result. :woo:

Great win and a good performance from us. Even with 10 we looked relatively comfortable. I'd be concerned about having any chance of going up if I was an MK fan. They never looked like scoring even when they beat us for pace and got in behind.

I've said in the past that I wasn't completely convinced about Wes Thomas but he was outstanding today. He'd be a great player for most teams in this league. Once we get sufficient quality around him, he'll bag a shit load.

Sickening result. Doubt we would have lost if we'd had 11 men. For once Cameron has cost us. Puts us back in big danger with all these new injuries and suspensions.

Think it’s becoming more and more obvious that we’ll finish bang on mid table. Shit performances followed by great ones.

Can’t grumble at that.
