Southend and Carlisle - buck your FUCKING ideas up. You are not allowed to be relegated as long as Stevenage are in the football league.

You'll have to tell that to our senial owners.

Because they're the ones who need to pull their arthritis fingers out.

We had our Winding up hearing today. We have made partial payment we still have a debt of 493k to be paid by 28th October so hearing was adjourned for now

Would imagine embargo still in place so likely we are relegated as our squad is nowhere near enough.

Macclesfield have been wound up.
You lot continue to baffle me. I don't know how Ron keeps getting away with it because he seems to operate in a 'just in time' way constantly.

So in short, he's trying to build a new stadium (as he has been doing for years? Wasn't there a supermarket involved in it at some point or am I thinking of another club?) and bank the profit off the sale and development of Roots Hall? Isn't he in too deep now to make any money from it because he's been propping you up for years?

He is in too deep the club owe him about 15 million quid. The only way he can get any of this money back is to complete the development or someone else buys the club but he’s certain he can push this development through and that would be biggest earner for him. If we don’t move we really are fucked the club loses so much per year and who will want to buy us.

Sainsbury’s were involved as they wanted to build on roots hall this is many years ago then we had the financial crash he went skint Sainsbury’s pulled out after loaning the club money which has now all been paid back so that plan is gone. Now, it’s housing for the whole thing. The council main goal is housing as they are well behind in new housing quota so the new development they are behind. It was going to be a leisure park but didn’t work for the council as there is a similar development already planned for the town. So with the councils backing actually looks like possible but we need to pay this tax bill to move forward and stop the rot on the pitch

Can not believe Salford are winning this, we’ve had 4 golden chances but cannot finish our dinner.

Absolutely dreadful pen to give away from our perspective

I promise you’ll never see a worse penalty decision than the one that’s just gone against us

So what happens to all the money Exeter make from transfer fees the last few years? £10 million is it?

Don't look like they're getting out of this league again, they must be happy to stay down here.

We probably won't spend anything this year because of covid uncertainty and the fan attendance situation.

I believe the plan is to play the kids this season and see which of them is capable of making the step up, then next season (assuming covid fucks off,) sign a few quality players to fill in the gaps.

We did that already. OG was a wooden fire hazard so that got replaced and we also put in a 1000 capacity away terrace... with a roof!!!! You guys are so lucky...!

That sounds fine, just don't hog any play off places again if you have no intention of going up. ;)

Shame we went to sleep and let a 2-0 lead slip... we still look miles better than last year and it will take some time to get going. Point away from home and unbeaten not too bad.

I'm watching Leicester vs Burnley - Was it mentioned on here that left back Anthony Glennon-Driscoll went back to Burnley as he's on their bench o_O

Not good news for us with the big cup tie on Tuesday night. A 'number' of our players have tested positive for Coronavirus

This will affect Oldham and Mansfield as well you'd imagine.

so we couldn’t even beat a side with corona.

excellent:lol:

In all seriousness hope alls good at orient and the situation is what it is, it’s either situations like this crop up or we don’t play at all.

I’d expect our game against Exeter to be off Saturday.

Good to see a chairman with an honest and open blog with the fans. Carol and Kevin spoke highly of him as we played you on the opener and he offered any advise and assistance required to them as they found their feet.

He is whining that Bolton got more money out of the game than they did. They took 500 i follow fees out of Bolton.
Saying that if fans were allowed they would have received more money. Sorry but the stadium is empty and each club should keep there own i follow fees

at one end of the spectrum you've got Vale and Bradford's owners voting to end last season early to their own detriment.

at the other you've got masi51 saying that.

We also did confining us to relegation......We have over 8000 season ticket holders who get a free i follow pass for every home game......Do you want the away team to take a cut from 8000 passes......
