I hope Barrow fans pay attention to the last 10 minutes of this Italy performance if it stays 1-0 because you will get a lot of shithouse football next season.

It’s effective.

Plus northampton are in this league, they’re the kings at that

I always considered Stevenage to be the masters of it to be honest. Northampton were more just very route one under Curle anyway.

We didnt even look up to attempt route one, it was like we created route zero under Curle. Definitely had some players who played for soft fouls etc but again cant see us nearly as bad as with Curle. Charlie Goode was the king of winning a soft free kick. Its infuriating that its whether the player falls over or not that seems to determine in the refs mind whether its a foul or not.

it holds 4,500
If away supporters are allowed for the season i think we could fill a fair amount of that. People are eager to go to games again.

Expect away fans will be. Would anticipate you’d be allowed just below that 4500 as usually the front few rows will be tarped off. At least it was last time it was close to full when we played the shit in the pizza trophy.

Hoping in the next couple of weeks can see what allocation we can get for Northampton away. Reckon we’ll sell out that one regardless.

The better supported clubs are going to taking some big followings. Lets hope everybody behaves.

Not sure we would take 4300 but it will be a lot. Haven't seen the inside of Prenton Park for so long i think i might get lost. My disrespect for all the tellyclapper Liverpool fans on the Wirral has grown. Real games in the cold are what shows who proper supporters are, not how many shirts you own to watch in a pub.

Alot of talk around home matches being boycotted even more so than usual this season and more fans going to away games, so we could see some larger away followings and even poorer home support but we will see.

Light - at last!

Could do with this being resolved this week so we can start to think about being run like a proper football club again! Payment of staff as well as recruitment of staff and player recruitment is going to have to happen at lightning fast speed.

Our Trust had advocated that for us until we get rid of Lee Power. But the takeover looks to be happening now and I would imagine a good surge of interest both home and away this season, even if we are unlikely to be massively competitive on the pitch.

For the club itself to retweet the statement is an eye opener. If Power was still calling the shots he would never have allowed that.

No excuses for Bradford and their half a million season ticket holders not to fill our away end on the 7th then.

Just need to put the tickets on sale....

Sounds like Rochdale could be next to feel the Wrath of Power/Curran. The EFL need to grow some bollocks and ban these crooks.

All these crooks do need stopped, I don't really know how these people are allowed to have power and control over football clubs, the FA are failing here also by not protecting us.
Football clubs mean such alot to communities all over the country, lots of us have invested our time, money and support into these institutions as well as our famalies past and present because we are born into them or just choose to support them.
I take no pleasure at all in seeing clubs put in danger by power crazy big time charlies who are obviously way out of their depth and totally out of touch with us the fans.
Oldham, swindon, bury, blackpool, derby, sheff weds, macc and many others have had to suffer these fools.
Time for somebody to step up and look after us.
Lets hope we all survive and prosper

Shouldn’t be a problem, it holds 400, doesn’t it?

It may be a bit simplistic, but new owners should be required to post a bond with the EFL - maybe the amount could be tied with T/O somehow, or enough to cover 6 months running costs.

Don’t think we’d get near the 4500 and reckon we’ll be nearer to the 2500 mark which would still be a sizeable amount.

Wonder how many Walsall will bring to us on the opening day can see them bringing a fair few.
