Draw would have been fair.
Really hope the Spireites stay up as that's a great day out.
If your bloke had passed to his left instead of shooting in the 2nd half we'd probably have lost that.

So Flynn Downes made his debut for Luton Town today on loan from Ipswich Town for the rest of the season.

There is not a chance in the hell this guy should be playing League Two football. Absolutely flawless. Not one error I can remember.

I don't think there's a hope of us signing him permanently - it would probably cost us 7 figures! He will become a Premier League player undoubtedly.

Dire game against Morecambe, they came for a point and we were too poor to create and break them down. Lainton actually made a couple of saves from long range.

Fed up of timewasting, three teams in a row have come to VP and wasted time from the first fifteen minutes! Their keeper was even worse than the Colchester one which took some doing!

Going to be a long slog to the end and on today’s performance neither us or Morecambe will be escaping the scrap anytime soon.

Watch him a couple of times at least.

You know when the world is against you when two players score their first goals for the club. One on debut but the other in his 158th game!

Keep going Spirites

How did KAG do?

Goal aside, obviously.

Probably as good a debut as I've seen.
His goal though, if he hadn't scored Jimmy Smith would given him a good slap.
Give him a few more games for him to get used to his team-mates and he could be the difference between us making the playoffs or not.

Pleased to hear it.

A lot of our fans were a bit surprised to see him go out on loan and with our misfiring strikers - were hoping to see him get a bit more game time.

His issue has always been sticking the ball away but he seems to have been close to the first team under various managers. It could just be a confidence issue so I’m hoping he scores a load down here and comes back with a new found confidence. Will be following his progress closely.

We really wouldn't have won. Somehow we would have contrived a different but equally disheartening way to lose the game.

That'll please the Charlton fans too. KAG on loan until the end of the season from the Addicts.

Casey

Quite the dark horses, Crawley.

Impressive away wins at county and chesterfield lately, and the last team to give us a defeat - although that's nearly 2 months ago now

It's a point nearer safety but what a poor game. We created little and need to get back to winning ways quickly.

A draw would've been fair against Stevenage too but we lost that game. We really do look like a beaten side at the minute. Our only hope is that the new recruits gel quickly and vastly improve the side, if not then we are as good as down.

Here we go again. The next Yaser Kasim.

Kenny in premature and outrageously optimistic assessment of Luton player shocker.

Are there any female members that post here in the L2 forum other than Vanni?

So Alex Bray made his debut for Forest Green Rovers on Saturday on loan from Rotherham United for the rest of the season.

There is not a chance in the hell this guy should be playing League Two football. Absolutely flawless. Not one error I can remember. He also ran around really fast AND scored.

Matt Green went up three when he signed for Birmingham.
And is now making his way back down...only stayed in League 1 this year because he joined Northampton, having got relegated with Swindon.
