I’m going for a 2-1 win for us tonight with Clarke and CBT on the scoresheet for us and Keith Hill sneaking in and scoring an OG in reply for Morecambe.

Won’t be in attendance myself, will have to make do with tv.

Vaughan starts for Rovers along with Corey Blackett Taylor. Should be goals in this game.

What is the NL? Haven't got a clue but I'm led to believe it's the top league for the nation's best part time sides. Hopefully I'll have a better idea of the standard down there in say 6 months when I will get the chance to watch that doc that one of the world's best actors - that's Ryan Reynolds by the way - and his virtually unknown mate are producing right now. Should be better than Sunderland til I die is what I'm thinking.

Good luck today Morecambe and Tranmere

First play-off semi final 1st leg where both teams have scored. Very entertaining game this, and Morecambe have really been inviting that with how much they're letting Tranmere have of the ball.

Tranmere may rue all these missed chances. They’ve been absolutely dominant

Oops. Very similar goal to the first.

Can’t work out how Morecambe are in the POs. They appear to have nothing about them, but . . .

Say this for Morecambe, this team has some incredible character to not have folded given how outplayed they have been in this game. Got to respect that about them.

They're somehow so efficient. No possession but still create and score. It's strange to watch, but they've clearly got it working.

I felt the same when we played them at home this season...thought they were awful. Then we got a red and they got a late equaliser. They got a red at their place but were looking a lot better at home before that. I think they are a much a better team at their place.

Fair play for taking those chances, can’t say I miss watching Vaughan moan 24/7 at the ref though

It’s like lower league Mourinho. If it gets them promoted then fair play. I thought Tranmere were really good to watch. Just shows possession and stats aren’t everything.

Morecambe well and truly in the driving seat now. Not throwing the towel in just yet though.

They did a job and they did it well so fair play. Very organised. But there was only one team wanting to play football there. They’ve score twice and I can’t even remember them having two chances!

Only HT and we’re still in it.

Yep this semi is far from over. I'm not saying Newport are through to the final or anything but they do have a 2 goal lead.

Whether people enjoy watching Morecambe's brand of football is irrelevant. They know Tranmere have got the better players but they came up with a game plan and it worked out alright for them in the end.
