I think somebody said earlier that this Carlisle team are the worst to ever play at this level. Doncaster Rovers were relegated with 20 points, 113 goals conceded and a record number of defeats in 1998. Carlisle have more than doubled that points total with five games still to play.

I'm guessing that was hellogregory. We're a bad team, shocking in fact, but we're by no means the worst ever.

I said or at least meant the worst I've ever seen and I stand by that. I've seen some shite teams, but this lot are the worst I've seen.

It boiled my blood yesterday watching a bunch of players who probably earn a quarter or less of what our players earn, outfighting, outfootballing, outrunning and showing far more intelligence and technical ability than our shower of shite.

It's a disgrace, it really is.

We may well not, but I think you're maybe rather too certain of that. We also might win a game, all it takes is an opponent on an off-day, a stroke of luck, or even for us to be better than someone on the day, you seem convinced there is zero chance of that happening... and even if we don't win another game this season, Tranmere and Cheltenham fans probably feel exactly the same.

We really are not joking when we say this guy is shocking. I've seen many refs have bad games, But this guy is atrocious every single time he refs us.

I don't foresee any situation in which we could be mathematically relegated within the next 4 games. Tranmere would have to make up 6 points and Cheltenham would have to make up 9, not gonna happen.

I was. But since Christmas my club has been an absolute shambles on and off the pitch. We've appointed a manager who is somehow worse than the one we sacked. He's got a squad of players that are the worst I've ever seen at this level. We're on the verge of back to back relegations which will result in us losing our league status. My dad used to be a Man United ST holder, I could have chosen that path when I was a kid, for some reason I opted for Carlisle.

So yeah life couldn't be better.

If anything then, it's more likely you'll win this one.

1. We've had terrible luck with refs this season, I thought refs in this league couldn't be any worse than the division above but couldn't have been more wrong.

2. As when Luton turned up on Saturday off the back of a six game losing streak and we gifted them three points, Darren Drydale will turn up off the back of four shockingly biased performances and gift you a penalty and red card.

3. We're just generally shit and easy to beat.

The other fans may be negative but I am looking forward to it, infact although I wasn't going back till next season I've got tickets for Dagenham and Plymouth and will do for Hartlepool and it'll be fantastic if its a winner survives and loser dies game.

Having spent most of my time as a fan following L2 relegation battle I do love this time of season.....the doom, the despair, the passion, the dogged hope your garbage sack of crap players can somehow scrape just 1-2 performances somewhere to dig you out of it.......give me this over the dull tedious boredom of midtable anyday.

That leaves Cambridge and accrington away and portsmouth at home to get 2 or 3 points
