He isn't an ex agent. He owns an agency.
Has he ever been an agent? When I googled him a while back he was described as that, but currently seems to be a described as a football consultant heading an agency.

Christ, you're building a former Scunny side.

Niall Canavan
Lee Novak
Charles Vernam
Levi Sutton
Abo Eisa
Alex Gilliead

Gilliead was okay last season, carries the ball well but doesn't do enough when he's in good positions. Think he only got 1 goal and about 2 assists last season.
Sounds like he hasn't changed from when he was last here then

Triple S Management is his company. Gareth Southgate, Harry Maguire and at least 2 other England players are his clients amongst many others including several overseas players who play in England and not forgetting Wayne Rooney. He is also connected to Warrington Rylands.

According to a local journo, right back Jamie Sterry has been offered terms by Sunderland, Bolton, Walsall, Oldham and Notts County (zero chance of the latter)

We've also offered him a deal to make him our highest paid player. He is class and really too good for this level. Fans moaning we didn't include an option but he's always stated from the outset he was after a L1 or Championship move.

What works in our favour is he loves it here and he's got a tiny bairn and wanted to stay in the NE. If Sunderland are in we've no chance but he is a mag and may turn them down on principle and sign for us. I'd have to change my pants if he did like.

On another note, the Trevor Carson rumours might have something in it. Our goalie coach Ross Turnbull has got a job back at Chelsea and he'd be a player-coach and help develop Ben Killip's game. Good bloke as well is Trev.

Happy enough with Gillead, another one who can carry the ball and adds width, as above he wasn’t anything special last time (says we’ve had him three times now but can only remember the one loan), a Lee Turnbull signing surely.

I can see no competition for his signature there really…

Eric Lichaj former Hull city captain another rumour I've just heard sounds like he would be a good signing again if there's anything in it.

Hey they given us the league title yet? Might as well just let the rest play for positions 2 and 3.

It’s exciting times, we’ve never had this sort of investment in the team before, Smurf and V2001 cost cutting so since the Championship days when we threw £1,000,000 to keep ourselves up when Horton first came in these are unusual times as we usually end up with the dregs no one wants!

It felt like we’d done Ok business, Wilson a decent signing and Martin but was merely solid, today we’ve really made two very very good signings and on paper makes us look very strong.

That said we’ve got to gel with so many changes and still need a couple of more strikers, get that right and a decent left winger and maybe just maybe we can do something finally.

If Bruno Andrade comes in on our wide pitch I’d be happy. Not sure how much is in those rumours. Would be tempted to go back to Will Swann as he looked to have something about him and then hopefully have a decent amount to get a good third striker option to cover Dave and Wilson. Shame we couldn’t get a tune out of Theo Robinson really.

Hard to say what will happen though, Benning, Jones and Johnson had been doing the rounds for ages whereas Pett and Aaron Martin for example were completely out the blue so the lack of strikers linked doesn’t mean much.

Martin is almost as good a signing as the ones we made yesterday. Doubt there'll be a much better centre-back in League Two all things considered. I'm less hyped about Wilson as some. Think he's very much a luxury signing, but if it comes off then nobody will argue. He's not a goal-scorer anyway, more of a scorer of great goals. Rodney had a fine first full season but he's still learning the game and it might be a bit unfair on him to expect him to score 20 goals, or get close to, even if he is capable. I do believe we need another striker, hopefully one that's already proven that he can score goals in the lower leagues. If we can get that in before August, along with Andrade, I think Clarke would have to have a nightmare for us not to challenge. And I say that as someone that's usually a glass half empty person.

In Walker, Pett, Conlon and Taylor (if the latter can find his old form again) I already think our central midfield options have to be right up there as the best in League Two, along with our full-backs, providing Gibbons can stay fit this coming season.

Last season we had Joyce, Burgess and Conlon at times in the middle of the park... And Fitzpatrick and Mills as the full-backs. Compare that to Walker, Pett and Conlon, and Benning and Gibbons, and the difference is like night and day.

Getting a player with a lot of ability in Whitfield if you sign him. Does seem to have had a couple of injury issues towards the end of his time at Torquay though. Probably needs a manager like Adams be on his case as his second spell with us the way he was blowing out his arse after 20 minutes suggested he wasn’t doing all the things a professional should.

Think you're giving Whitfield far too much credit. He had one good game every 10. Had a moment of quality in him here and there but most of the time offered next to nothing. I wouldn't take him back at Vale, that's for sure. A very lazy, light weight player that goes missing far too much. He seems to have been a bit more productive for Torquay than he was for us, mind.

Think the young lad Howe is potentially a cracking signing for Exeter, but Ray is hopeless.
*Rowe - Yeah he looks a good young player.

Ray has had a mixed set of reviews. Hopefully he will do ok for us. Sounds like he’s prone to a few bookings and has the odd injury, which isn’t ideal but will wait to see him play a few games.

We're apparently trying to sign right back Elvis Bwomono from Southend and are still discussing terms with Callum Harriott.

Where’s the money coming from? Is Carol just skinting herself and her business to create a completely uncohesive team? Seems short sighted and not a viable plan in the long term.

Ray is genuinely poor mate. I’m shocked to see a club like Exeter sign him, I expected a higher standard for you.

Don’t recall Ray getting sent off during his Rovers career. I’m surprised some Crewe fans have such a negative view of him, wasn’t that bad with us after a ropey start.

Having looked at previous posts from this one its best to grab a large handful of salt.

Your fans slag him more than ours do and he barely played over 2 seasons. He hasn’t got a good attribute to his game other than being tall, don’t know what contract Exeter have given him but he’ll be in the National League before it’s finished.
