to be fair the Barrow fans were taking the piss saying they were gonna come in for Guy, possible Wrexham doing the same?
Wrexham have a Hollywood style sign now. How can anybody compete with the glamour of letters on the slope of a slagheap when all they have to offer is the Lake District within easy distance.

I feel like there’s something in this. I guess we’ll see over the next week or so.

You lot must hate us.
No hate on my part. If players leave they leave, once they are out the door I’m not arsed where they end up so hold no grudge to that club. Plus it’s easier to forget about them when they drop into non league. So no, I don’t hate Wrexham at all for buying players.

Next season yes?

Big Carlisle and Wrexham BEEF.
Not gonna be easy for you getting out of the Connie though, as well you know. I wonder if Ryan Reynolds knows. You can do everything right assemble the best squad, but miss out on top spot because other clubs have also had that idea, and then get beat by Borehamwood in the playoffs.

This is exactly what will happen.

What's this then? A post from Master Debator on the L2 forum? Goodness gracious me! The world's really about to come to an end.

Linked with Kurtis Guthrie and Ross McCormack. Will they fire us to safety?

You have my deepest sympathy being linked with Guthrie. He is shocking, and he plays like he couldn't care less. I'm sure our friends on here from Burslem will say the same.

He will do his best to help you into the National League mate

Definitely co-sign the shocking bit. The more worrying thing is I don't subscribe to the playing like he didn't care. That was literally the best he could do. We've basically replaced his goal output from last season with Covolan who is a goalkeeper.

The only crumb of comfort can offer Scunny on that is he did have a decent record at Stevenage but that was a while ago now.

He is horrendous but the saddest part is he's better than what we have right now. We didn't have a fit striker until we signed Scrimshaw on Friday.

thanks for explaining your joke. I always think it works best that way.
One of the reasons given for your owners buying Wrexham FC was its mining connections. Anybody who lived there, which you have said you do not, would know that a slagheap is inevitable. A bunch of letters isnt going to make it better than the Lake District, no matter what you take.
Strange that you are so defensive about a place you do not even want to live in.

Has it been a heavy day on the cans for you?

Wrexham draws its fanbase from all across North Wales, not just the town itself. I live fairly close to Wrexham, in another area eith a history if Coal mining so I know what mining spoil is.

My original comment about Birkenhead, seeing as you like jokes explained, was suggesting that it was a pile of Slags.

Just like your Mum.

Shrewsbury maybe?

I think the biggest problem with him in the past is he is on an absolute wedge at Sunderland. Even if he would be willing to drop to L2 you can rule us out as an option there. Probably same for Walsall even with the obvious links. Probably won’t stop your owner implying it knowing full well he won’t join though. All of which is a long way of saying he’ll be pictured holding a Salford scarf next week.

yeah some of our fans think it's possible I think they are dreaming probably only Salford who could afford him at this level but he has turned them down as well in the past if I remember.

Take your rose tinted glasses off and look around you. Spiceheads and inbred mutants everywhere. Half the women havent got gonnorhea because the syphillis kicked it out.
Maybe if all of your ancestors hadn't met their wives at a family reunion you would have half a brain.
This is NOT meant as a joke. Lay off the bestiality.

No need for it Robshep. I hope the majority of Tranmere fans who travel on Saturday are more polite than you. Please desist from embarrassing your club with these vitriolic statements. You and Masi should have been banned last season. I say that from reading from afar
