We've signed midfirld player Ryan East from Swindon. What's he like Robins fans?

Hard to say. Limited appearances. Didn't do anything wrong from what I saw without really making too much of an impact. Struck me as a keep the ball moving possession type midfielder. Could go either way but seemed tidy enough on the ball.

Strange how McKirdy signed a new contract while he was scoring goals and his stock was high.

I suspect we will, obviously if we get a bid that would be too good to refuse then that's a different story and with Garner rumoured to be going to Charlton that could also change matters but I think he'll be kicking off the new season in a Swindon shirt.

Those Darlington fans were idiots then. It was always apparent that Sodje was a rough diamond. They'll be the same ones who thought Michael Smith was useless.

It’s still May. Of those who’ve been offered contracts turn them down then they need replacing, I’m sure they’ll be some experience thrown in there. Plus there are some under contract I’d like to see the back of who will hopefully be replaced by experience. I’d rather young players than journeymen like those I mentioned, experience only helps so much, it wasn’t long ago Watt dominated Spearing before his stupid red card and Spearing was hooked at half time.
