Just giving a general view of what he's like from when I've watched him. You do get touchy, pal.

I shared that scout report as it interested me at the time that's all and I do remember Green being on it.

Be a solid signing I reckon. That alright for ya?
Yep that's fine. Have made a note that you have said that Green is rubbish and will be following up with you later on in the season.

Stocky has used up all his backtracking allowance on McAtee, there’s no room for maneuver on this one

Scott Twine sell on will be helping. Not sure if our new owner would have put some money in the pot even before Twine going though? Not ITK at all but he did say the budget will be 40% higher than last season. Looks like we are seeing that now!
All the decent sides have left L2 now  If you dont piss that league you are doing something seriously wrong

Hepburn-Murphy's short-lived Tranmere career packed a lot in. He made his debut on loan from Villa for the opening L1 game v Rochdale, think coming on as a sub and got sent off. RHM went on to have a number of appearance for Rovers, netting a hattrick at the win at the Franchise. Although meant to be a season long loan, he was recalled and sent to Derby in the window. Presume Villa had decided not to extend his contract at that point and moved him to get a better contribution to wages. He moved to Cyprus when his contract expired and think been there since. He was a tricky customer and had some pace, one of those, who you were never sure whether best out wide or more central.

If he does join Swindon will be interesting to see how he's developed. The player Rovers loaned could certainly do a good job at L2 level.

With Harbottle signing that just leaves us after a forward player and Johnson to go the other way.

Sounds like another fan favourite, Sam Minihan, is on his way to Halifax.

Sutton have added 3 new players. Luke Gambin previously Luton, Colchester and Barnet - brought back from Malta. Then 2 young uns, likely completely unknown. Centre back Matt Ridley and striker Tope Fadahunsi. Ridley from US college football and the non league north east, and Fadahunsi from Loughborough Uni (but a local, ex Tooting academy). Certainly shopping in a different market to everyone else! We’ve still got a solid back bone rolling over from last 2/3 successful seasons. If we don’t lose another upwards we’d be pretty satisfied with the summer. Manager wants to add 1 more up front and an additional goalkeeper and that’ll be us done.

Gambin was good about 7 years ago.

Not yet 30, maybe has something still to offer . . . hope so. One of a few options wide for us so not a huge issue if it doesn’t work out.

Leigh Griffiths to Pools a supposed done deal? Announcement next week if you believe all the slavver going round tonight, no fucker will touch him with a barge pole and I could see this signing splitting the fans right down the middle.

Not as bad as the time we were about to sign the then convicted rapist Ched Evans but he’s certainly had a ton of off the field shite.

In for Tyler Magloire from Blackburn who we've had on loan previously and our trialist yesterday was ex Chelsea, Newcastle youth player Kyle Scott, last seen playing in the US of A.

Well if the Geordies can put up with the Arabs, I,m sure we,ll cope.

Does not bother me in the slightest.

Seems a decision on Swindons Jack Payne is coming this week, I know we've offered him a contract but there is League One interest and I can see him moving to Charlton - just my opinion though, too good a player for this level.

Also saw that James Norwood has moved to Barnsley, I was told we offered him a contract and offered to make him our highest paid player, but our wage offer wasn't good enough and he would only step down to League Two for silly money.

He’s not our player. He’s a free agent.

Sooner it’s sorted the better. His agent has been taking the piss.

The two outfield Trialists at Darlington have been tentatively identified as Tyrese Sinclair (again) and young midfielder Connor Malley, who was/may still be at Middlesbrough.

Magloire would fit right into Timi's tangled boots as he has pace to burn. Liked the look of him in his short spell with us in the National League.

The difference being the Arabs have a load of money to buy people's concerns off. I don't care too much about people's pasts, everyone deserves a chance of redemption but what would he give us to change our minds? A pair of polka dot pajamas and an IRA flag? Hopefully it'd just be goals.

Hopefully it's a permanent deal for Magloire, Boydy was telling anyone who'd listen in the 1908 bar yesterday that we'd signed three players and were waiting to announce them this week.

Griffiths has had a few (English) league 2 offers and has chosen us if you believe the stuff on Twatter. He's probably a c*** but it wasn't that long ago he was a regular for Celtic and Scotland. If we can get his head right I'm sure he could do a job. Great free kick taker from what I've seen of him.

I’d love to have Magloire back.
He was excellent in his first spell for us & now has a further 2 seasons under his belt, miles better than Timi.

Tope was in the same class as my son at primary school and was at Watford's academy at the time. I follow Sutton's twitter feed and was delighted to see yesterday that he's got a pro contract after all these years.

Thing is , He hasen,t got much of his career left, few seasons if he,s lucky.
Think he should be given a chance.
And being under contract it wouldn,t be difficult to get rid if things turn sour.
