I know I'm asking for it here but what type of forward is he (other than a shit one)

As a fan of one of the few clubs he hasn’t played for can only speak from an oppo perspective, but he isn’t very quick, nor very good in the air, not a natural finisher, not great at bringing others into the game, doesn’t hold the ball up and gets caught offside a lot. Other than that he’s top notch.

On the plus side he’s reasonably experienced so he moves into space in the box quite well, is capable of shithousing and runs the channels fairly doggedly. Definitely a long way past his best but probably a better foil for Umerah than anyone else you’ve got at the moment. Don’t think he’s had any major injuries that I can recall either.

I liked him when we had him on loan in 2019, scoring 7 in 16 on loan. He then had a decent spell on loan at Colchester but after that it's been downhill.

Did a reasonable job on loan at Dale a few years ago. Not the most gifted player, but always put effort in - and set up our opener against Spurs in the cup by winning a 30-70 tackle in midfield.
