See, this is why I'm quite firmly currently still in the "Wrexham won't necessarily steamroller the division" camp as I don't think that selection of forwards is that good for this level. Admittedly, I've only seen Dalby once or twice though, so I'm probably not the best judge on that.Waters has been a strange one, played about 20mins since we brought him in.
Dalby won't be going anywhere, started a lot of games in the last few months of the season and did well in the majority. I can't see Palmer leaving either, he certainly isn't a nailed onstarter anymore but he has his own clothing brand that's doing well, all based off Wrexham so I'd guess he'd hang around just to keep the last going
Are Cook and Mullin not a bit too similar though? Would Mullin be happy doing doing Cook's dirty work? Because it wouldn't happen the other way round in my opinion. It would be like some sort of lower league axis of evil though, a massive diver and a massive shithouse. Has the potential to cause banning orders.Palmer more likely to leave than Dalby I'd say and if it was a choice I'd rather see Palmer go.
Waters was bizarre but we knew that at the time and it was purely to cover Mullin for 5 games in case anything happened. I think he'll go on loan for the season as nobody will be buying out a 3 year deal from us.
Our fans have been obsessed with signing Cook for years going back to when he was at Barrow. He would be a great strike partner for Mullin, it would be cheating to have those 2 as our strikers.
Took me about half the season before I realised he wasn't Dean Moxey.Well it wouldn't suprise me if they're after Owen Moxon too who has been the best midfielder in the league this season.
He's worth at least one million but I'm sure they'll be able to afford him..
