Waters has been a strange one, played about 20mins since we brought him in.
Dalby won't be going anywhere, started a lot of games in the last few months of the season and did well in the majority. I can't see Palmer leaving either, he certainly isn't a nailed onstarter anymore but he has his own clothing brand that's doing well, all based off Wrexham so I'd guess he'd hang around just to keep the last going
See, this is why I'm quite firmly currently still in the "Wrexham won't necessarily steamroller the division" camp as I don't think that selection of forwards is that good for this level. Admittedly, I've only seen Dalby once or twice though, so I'm probably not the best judge on that.
Palmer more likely to leave than Dalby I'd say and if it was a choice I'd rather see Palmer go.

Waters was bizarre but we knew that at the time and it was purely to cover Mullin for 5 games in case anything happened. I think he'll go on loan for the season as nobody will be buying out a 3 year deal from us.

Our fans have been obsessed with signing Cook for years going back to when he was at Barrow. He would be a great strike partner for Mullin, it would be cheating to have those 2 as our strikers.
Are Cook and Mullin not a bit too similar though? Would Mullin be happy doing doing Cook's dirty work? Because it wouldn't happen the other way round in my opinion. It would be like some sort of lower league axis of evil though, a massive diver and a massive shithouse. Has the potential to cause banning orders.
Well it wouldn't suprise me if they're after Owen Moxon too who has been the best midfielder in the league this season.
He's worth at least one million but I'm sure they'll be able to afford him..
Took me about half the season before I realised he wasn't Dean Moxey.

We had Mullin in L2 and was distinctly average.

One of Dalby or Palmer will stay as fourth choice and they’ll bring in a couple of marquee strikers as well as obviously keeping hold of Mullin.

I’ve no doubt they will go for it big again this summer and win the league at a canter.

We’re interested in Orient’s keeper but we’re only in with a chance if we get promoted.

Moxon and Mellish at Carlisle are two we’ve had long term interest in. Again probably only in with a chance if we get promoted.

I like Dalby but as a first choice for a side wanting to be at the top of League Two? Not for me. Has good potential though and a good impact off the bench. Palmer has been way off it for months however can’t see anyone taking him off our wage bill apart from maybe Gillingham. Wouldn’t complain if he stayed here though he’s still quality.

We’ll see a new “number 9” partner for Mullin I think for sure. Ironside as mentioned is a good shout, pretty sure he was linked with us the January we actually signed Palmer. We’re being linked with pretty much every player outside of the Premier League at the minute so it’s anyone’s guess who that man will be.

Maybe Joe Ironside for Wrexham? Might as well as he done all Mullin’s donkey work when we got promoted.

He’s most likely going to be released.
I rated Ironside and we need a proper centre forward.

I wondering he'd fancy Craw....oh well, never mind.

I will be amazed if Vigs isn't playing for one of League Ones bigger clubs next season or in the Championship.

Best keeper in league 2 by a mile this season.

Earned my utmost respect at Valley Parade on Monday with the way he held onto the ball as long as possible in the 56th minute as all the fans in the stadium held a minute applause for the poor souls who perished in 1985.

Loved his banter with some fans on the kop too as we acknowledged he wasn't exactly rushing things along in those final few minutes!

Very calm and good keeper. A Class act for sure.

I hope you manage to hold onto him, if not, he is destined for the Championship.

Moxon is worth at least £1million.

So unless you have that much to spend on him, then dream on..

He was pissed off cos he'd bought a house back home and Pools or Paul Hartley whoever it was didn't fancy it anymore and pulled out the deal.

Askey has already said he wants pace and athleticism in midfield next season, something he's got neither of

I wouldn't offer him owt.
If we brought in a couple of midfielders with pace,Morris would be a decent signing.
But a trio of him,Featherstone & Crawford would get us nowhere.

Pools linked with former York midfielder Olly Dyson.
We'd best get in quick, before another club hoovers him up.

Dyson is still at York, and looks like he was their star man last season. Good player, and one I thought we should’ve kept hold of when we got promoted.

Luke James has been released by them though…

Mid-20s and one year on his contract - you’d take £250k of Wrexham’s grubby Disney money.

Yup.
I think we're on the wrong forum now.
Eviction deadline from the landlord is after the NL finals.

Still time here to smash up the fixtures and fittings, piss on the floors and smear shit on the walls before they send the boys round.

According to transfermarkt, His contract is up in June
He’s under contract for next season, transfermarkt is dog water, it doesn’t know it’s arse from its elbow, the value on the Hartlepool United squad is marked at 4.5m, says all you need to know about the legitimacy of that site.

We're being linked with RB Josh Dacres-Cogley of Tranmere, as are a couple of other L1 Clubs (Vale and Burton). Looks like one Aberdeen tried to sign up in January (presumably on a pre-contract agreement?).

So Dodds & Umerah are worth £2.25 million each then.

Danny Mayor off to Wrexham to move back up north with his family we understand. He was too good for League one this season so will be a hell of a signing in League 2.

Had 4 great years for us but it is the right time to move on for both parties and he leaves with all our good wishes.

When did spunking loads of cash become a fairytale?

Good luck to them though. I can't complain because we've done it. Hurts when the cash runs out though

Is he a winger? Or can he play central midfield? We play 5-3-2 no matter what.

Think Aberdeen had a change of management around the time. He’s certainly capable of playing at a higher level, though seems to have played within himself since the window closed. Although we’re ‘in discussions’ think that’s likely to be for appearance sake and he’ll get a better offer.
