Could be a return for Nathan Thompson from Posh.

Heard a rumour both Nathan and Louis Thompson want to come back to Swindon. Nathan would be a real asset, 32 years old captain at Peterborough, would really help organise us at the back. Louis, who is technically better has had crippling injury issues but would be superb in midfield.

Along with Austin and it’s sounding like

’Who do you think you’re kidding Mr Hitler’.

Polar opposite of last season’s kindergarten.

Being linked with another 30+ year old in Alex MacDonald, I know Gillingham have offered him a new contract so not sure how much truth is in it.

One that we offered a deal to a while ago but the longer it goes on the more you think it's unlikely to reach a conclusion.

It'd be a shame to lose him, he's a proper terrier of a player who gives 100% and gets a good share of assists, can play in most midfield positions and is pretty consistent. He made 53 appearances in all comps last season too, so even at 33 he's not likely to need a rest every week despite looking knackered most of the time.

Harrogate fans, how much money do you think we we could get Luke Armstrong for? And do you think he could cut it in the league above?
We would all be gutter if Mr Weaver Sr sold him. He was the player of the year, has 1 year on his contract and has said he is committed to Harrogate. Not sure he is L1 standard, he had a fallow period mid-season but then he was isolated up front while the rest of the team desperately tried (and mostly failed) to defend.

Anyone know if there's any truth in us signing luke waterfall from grimsby he did play with sadler at shrewsbury.
this has been posted on our fan page tonight no idea where its come from or if there is anything in it?
I hope not, he’s been brilliant for us for 2 seasons now which is mad as in our relegation season i think most Town fans would’ve happily let him leave.
Amazing turnaround from him he would be a big loss if he left.

However should he leave us, then he’s actually crap and overrated and we won’t miss him.

How about Matty Taylor? I think he will do well in L2 and wont have to move by going to Swindon. Wont be the first time he has crossed the divide either

Reeves was absolutely bang average for a year for us in the National League, surprised he seems to have done so well at Stevenage.

One of those them pundits on twitter (I completely forgot his name) has suggested he is now Conference North/South standard so hopefully Flynn realises this.
Gab Sutton said that decent lad knows his stuff avoid him at all costs his nickname Joss Liability should tell you all you need to know.

That's him. Yeah I'd much rather we looked at different options. Reports are fairly poor. Just have to hope Flynn has other options in his midfield filofax.

Liam Kinsella is another rumour he might be useful if you need a ratter/ ball winner type in midfield cant say a bad word about him a lot were sad to see him let go.

Jake Reeves will be rejoining Wimbledon once his contract with Stevenage ends!

If this had happened last summer I wouldn't have cared too much but he came on leaps and bounds last season. Loved his energy in midfield which was often missed when he wasn't there. Had hoped he was going to stay, wasn't 100% sure he'd have made the step up but had expected him to have a semi-regular role depending on our recruitment.

For a side that attempted to make the most out of set-pieces we'll miss him from that perspective too. He wasn't James Ward-Prowse but outside of Forster-Caskey he was comfortably our best corner/free-kick taker.

I wish him well with you guys. He played a key role in our promotion so for that he'll always be fondly remembered at Boro.

Close to signing a left back Patrick Brough or Calum McDonald I imagine.

Clough did not seem too confident about getting Harbottle back looks like he may be getting a L1 loan which is a shame.

The Calum MacDonald who played for us this season?

Solid enough, quite unspectacular. Seemed calm on the ball. Not the most physical of full backs both in size and pace.

The rumours are Brough is about to sign for us, what’s he like Barrow m8’s?

Some website reporting that we’re interested in Macauley Langstaff.

Can we have Tyreik Wright back, please?
If you enquire about a loan you’d probably get him! He hasn’t really done anything since arriving in January. In and out of the team and when he has played he’s had no impact.

Thought at the time that his going from a playoff-chasing team to a title-chasing team in the league above was a bit much. He was really though of here though and I'm sure we'd welcome him back with open arms. Certainly missed his pace.

solid defender, very good at crossing the ball as an overlapping left full back - but had a slightly disappointing (by his high standards) last season. Also takes free kicks from the right hand side ahead of Ben Whitfield which tells you he has a good delivery. Didn't score last season which was unusual as he usually gets 4 or 5 from full back.
