Good luck to him. I'm relieved we've not signed him as I think he's over rated and seems to have something of an attitude problem.

Never shown any sort of attitude problem whilst here so that's surpsing to say the least. I can see and in fact sort of agree that he is a bit over rated, but his attitude is not something id call into question having seen him play.

What sort of attitude problems are you referring too?

Obviously we only had him for a short spell but his sending off against Wycombe was nothing short of disgusting behaviour. At the time, people blamed that on Money's influence which was just ridiculous since we've only had four sendings off in the last 2 years (and one of those was Tom Naylor on his debut so hardly under Money's influence, while the other two were for two yellow cards and not for petulance). Aside from this, we got the impression he used us just to play against Man Utd.

And finally, I've spoken to several Norwich fans (some with close links to the club) who have been more than a little cheesed off with his behaviour and lack of respect for Norwich. Now I'm not blind and stupid enough to believe that some of this may be made up to paint him as the bad guy but it's clear he has poor relationships with both Cambridge and Norwich's management. I'm obviously less concerned about Norwich's problems but he's effectively burnt his bridges with us and I'm relieved he's gone elsewhere.

That said, he'll probably have a successful career and I don't wish him ill. He's just not for us.

Right ok, always seems like a 100% sort of player so not surprising the red mist comes down from time to time, he's had a few poor challenges in his time here that he's been a tad lucky with.

Can't comment on the sending off as didn't see it, but not surprised he burnt bridges at Norwich, signed a contract at Norwich when his youth team manger took over as manager and I think was under the impression he would at least be on the edges of the first team but never got close. Wouldn't surprise if promises where made there that weren't kept.

Although looking at Twitter a fair few of their fans seem a bit disappointed he wasn't given a chance so doesn't really jive with the "burning bridges" allegation.

We have signed Josh Lelan from Derby on a 12 month contract. No idea is he is any good but will only really be back up for Maloney. I like the fact we are looking at young players released from the top 2 tiers, hopefully can discover another gem like D'ath last season.

We've signed 'keeper Bobby Olejnik after he left Peterborough. Decent experienced keeper which we missed last year. He was in the L2 team of the season in 2012.

Strong signings for us so far.

Like how all the important positions are being targeted, and then the secondary positions like full back cover are also being filled

Why is it all my favourite players at TUFC taint themselves by going to Exeter? Alex Russell and now Big Bobby.

He's the best keeper I've ever seen us have. If he rediscovers the form he had for us then you have got yourselves an absolute bargain. I genuinely thought he'd end up a regular in the Championship but it all seems to have nosedived since the contract situation at Posh.

We're announcing a new signing at 6pm with our new kit reveal, absolutely no ideas who it is though!

Bobby O was on loan at York, was hoping we would sign him. An excellent signing that.

I think we're
Impressed with Exeters signings so far, think they'll be up there next season.
I think we're expecting to compete for play offs next season and we really do seem to be strengthening early. Olejnik and Holmes are excellent signings, while Oyeleke is still raw and a bit of an unknown.

Add to that Harley will have a full pre season with us which should see him improve and last season's top scorer Tom Nichols seems to be getting better and better.

Still more strengthening required though, particularly in defence plus were hoping Ribeiro signs a new contract which will be a big plus.

He was nothing special for us last season in truth, just too inconsistant. Think as you say it depends if he returns to the keeper he was a while ago.

We've signed Barry Corr from Southend. Delighted with that, even if we have put him in the worst kit ever.

Great business by us to get McGeehan I feel - and great business by Exeter and Cambridge too today.

Cambridge must be offering really quite significant wages for that signing - Southend offered him a new two year deal the other day if I remember rightly.

That's completed a solid looking central spine to their team now so it will be interesting to see what calibre of player they fill the rest of the gaps in with now.

Yet another for the Irish contingent. If we made Liam and Ryan honorary Sons of Galway we could field an Irish front 6.

A great signing but I am worried about our spending policy, not a lot you can do about it but my scepticism will remain high, few more signings to come yet which could make it worse depending on who they are, we'll see.

That's a great signing to be fair. He's getting on a bit but he's definitely got a couple of years in him before he goes full Billy Paynter.

talk about pissing on your own chips. You should be delighted the club are pushing forward. Dogget wouldn't be spending money that isn't there.

Completely bamboozled by that. Corr hadn't told the club anything apparently and this is the first the chairman has heard of it. Bit odd as to why he has gone down a level. Some rumours he didn't like being used as a one up front. Leaves us with Jason Williams as our sole striker. Who I think is out of contract too but never played a league game I believe.

Big signing for Cambridge. Must of offered him good money considering we offered him a 2 year deal. I am not sure he would cut it in league 1 but I am truly gutted he's left, a fans favourite and we now have 0 strikers.
