Cole Stockton going to Wrexham apparently. Would make sense as we only signed him due to being best mates with Norwood who appears to be on his way out anyway.

Odd as he was captain for the game Saturday against Cheltenham. Good player, passes the ball well but imho tries too many Hollywood balls. Plays the Pirlo role and about as mobile. Does have a habit of playing teammates into trouble on the edge of our box.

Having given all that criticism he is not one I'd be happy to lose. Played every (?) game since Cioffe came in so the manager rates him too.

Connor Jennings has had a lot of interest too. Bit of an unsung hero for us despite having 8 goals and 7 assists playing mostly out of position on left midfield.

One of the fittest players outside PL. ran 14km vs Aldershot in one game (source Mickey Mellon) which is higher than the 13.7k everyone is raving about Fernandinho doing vs Liverpool.

He’s under contract for another year though fortunately.

No disrespect meant here, but once Norwood leaves, he wont be going to Southend. Rumours that Derby and Stoke are interested. Monthe is a lot more likely. Seems to be down south quite a lot so would probably prefer to live down there.

None taken but he's 28 only proven in conference and L2, would of thought he would of been snapped up before now if going to Championship. Not saying we're going to sign him anyway he just seems the most likely player to be looked at, knowing what we need.

If he received proper support I think he’d be a good league two player. He seems to be affected by abuse more than other players and his head drops very quickly. Probably why he did well at Morecambe where there are no expectations and also the fact he’s replaced Andy Cook who scored over 50 goals in 2 seasons for us.

Brad Walker set to sign with Shrewsbury is seems. Odd one. On the one hand, we signed him, he barely played and didn't look very good when he did. But we almost never gave him a run in midfield, which is where he was signed to play and where he got spotted whilst at Hartlepool. Plus, it's where Wrexham got some success out of him.

But, he's being signed by Ricketts clearly because he rates Walker, but basing it solely off his form in the conference. They're signing him and expecting him to do a job in L1? Hmm, not sure about that. But, if he does do well, then serious questions have to be asked about our current management team.

Gilmour is a promising central midfielder we've had on loan from Sheff Utd, definitely one who will improve over the time and grow with the team and the type of signing we should be making with a view to medium term..

Miller.. not convinced in the slightest. Crying out for someone that doesn't take 5 chances to score and we sign a bloke with no work ethic or proven goal scoring record. It is only till the end of the season though and he can't be worse than Stockton was, but it doesn't strike me as the signing to push us into top 7. All on Norwood and Connor Jennings still.
