Is he not liked or just his agent?

Been on loan. Done alright and we’ve said we’d like to keep him.

His agent has been a cock making out Prem clubs and Bundesliga clubs are after him rather than a poor standard he’s been at (ie league two).

Popey never one to hide his opinions...

Premier and Bundesliga clubs after him? But not good enough for Villa. Ok then.

Reminds me of when Barrow signed that player that Paul Cox claimed Borussia Dortmund were after. They honestly thought their fans would believe that a player had chosen them above Dortmund lol.

Rumor on Twitter that Jack Bridge is interesting both Swindon and Crewe.

I've follow the guy who posted this and would say he's not far off when he is wrong but a lot of what he says proves to be correct.

Assume its the Jack Bridge we just released. He was the one I was disappointed we didnt retain. Always looked good when he was played as a winger or as a number 10. Imagine a league 2 Adam Lallana, lacks pace and physicality but good technically, would be a good pick up IMO.

Disappointed to lose Warby. He's been nothing short of excellent in his spell here and deserves a shot at league football.

Matty Warburton has signed for Northampton from Stockport. Wish we'd of gone for him.
Same.

Surprised by how quick Northampton have got things rolling. I doubt they got this done in the last couple of days unless they've moved incredibly fast. I wonder if other clubs have been caught out by the speed in which they've moved? I hope this makes our manager get things moving in terms of contacting new signings.

Two others agreed to sign too, should get those announced soon. Two decent signings on the face of it.

Surely most clubs will start talking to targets well before the end of the season?

We have been watching him for quite a while, we have been linked for a few weeks now so no surprise he has signed. Think it makes sense to try and get your main targets in early!

Im glad that we have gone for someone who will be hungry to prove themselves in the football league, should be a good addition.

We've not wasted any time in starting to rebuild for next season; which I'm honestly flabbergasted by. I was fully expecting us to do our usual thing and wait until late July before realising we'd best sign someone.

We've signed left back Jack Iredale from Morton. He's Australian.

The same person on Exeweb claiming we’re signing Craig Tanner has now said we’ve agreed a deal with Damien McCrory it Burton. Believe he is a left back, which we need.

Would be happy with either.

McCrory is a decent player who will give you everything. He was very reliable for Albion.

Yeah played over 200 games for them, so he’s been a good servant.

We need someone like him with Woodman now being 37 and becoming slower than the 100 years war.

You won't wait long with Holdsworth involved. He loves a signing.

Wellens interested in re-signing Sid Nelson from Wall. The fans loved him during his loan spell - bit limited in ability but, boy, does he give it his all. Just the sort of CB you need at the arse end of the FL.

Apparently, not so good in his loan at Tranmere. Horses for courses, I suppose.

Fair play to Cobblers, bang on it. Sounds like a decent signing too. Hopefully we'll follow suit having already released Collins, Woolford, Hooper and Thomas. At least two top earners there, along with John Welsh (who was our top earner apparently) released the month before.

It may be heresy to say on this forum, but I've been very impressed with him so far, so long may it continue. The only cloud on the horizon is his connections with Edinburgh Woolen Mill who may turn into a millstone around the club's neck.

How do you feel about the rumours were back in for Lee Angol?
Turned us down before after a fee was agreed so not one I’d be that very happy with as the same happened with Dom Vose and he turned out to be lazy as fuck and obviously didn’t want to be here.

Dom Vose was a good player when I saw him, very skilful good eye for a pass and decent shot. Surprised his career went down the shitter.

I wasn't massively enthused with the idea of him last pre-season to be honest. Looking at realistic options, if we're gonna splash out on a striker I'd probably rather go for Dennis and try and improve the service he gets as I reckon there is a decent player and a goalscorer in there somewhere, we just haven't seen anywhere near the best of him yet.

He was when he could be arsed, and I remember being quite excited when he signed but as alluded to by Fish had/has a bit of crap attitude. One of those players I wouldn't have been surprised to see do well in L1, but equally not surprised at all to see him where he is now.

Yeah just googled him apparently at Dulwich now. Thought he was better then that but shows how a shit attitude makes a difference.

Indeed, played alongside/just behind Kayden Jackson and Omar Bogle for a fair few games, and while Bogle was on fire, if you'd have asked me which one out of Jackson and Vose would be plying their trade in the Championship in a few years time I'd have been hard pushed to call it.

Hard to call in his time with us. Apparently looked very nervy on debut and broke his nose in successive games. Done ok since returning wouldn’t say overall he’d done badly with us but not starred as much as in his Swindon loan spell

The goal scorer of Wrexham's BEST EVER GOAL no less. All hail Dom Vose.
