Well you knew enough that we sold CJ, signed Perch, Maynard, you knew enough that we had a complete rookie of a manager at the start of last season, and now we have somebody who at least did well at L1 and at least steady the ship here, plus I’m sure you are bright enough to make the assumption our manager finally brought in some more of his own players?

I said in my original post on this at the beginning that we’ve improved everywhere else while keeping the original forward line. Surely that would have been self explanatory - yet you kept asking questions?

He had only just signed a new deal too, real shame that, guess that’s how we managed to fit Fitzpatrick in with the over 21 cap.

Apparently it wasn’t Jak McCourt but a lad from Blackpool called Ben Garrity looked quite impressive and as for Jonny smith he was by far our player of the year and he will easily cut it in league one

Jonny Smith is a brilliant player. Was great for Tranmere when he was with us. Thought we were after him again this window but can see the League One appeal
