I wasn't worried before but after today I'm seriously considering the possibility of us going down again. Our squad, which on paper looks like it should be able to compete in this division, just do not seem to give a single feck. If we can't find a manager to motivate them then we're in real danger.

Us at present. Cannot defend. We usually score one or two but concede two or three. Entertaining yes but we can't win when gifting the opposition goals early every game recently.

Well we conceded 3 to *Leyton Orient* today, and our goals were a penalty and an o.g. We don't have any strikers who can score. Plus 2 possibly concussed centre backs.
Either gonna be 0-0 or 5-5 then

Chesterfield appear to be suffering from Dean Ashton syndrome following the sale of Eoin Doyle. We sold him in January 2005 whilst 8th in the Championship and stayed up by one goal after failing to win till the last game of the season.

We were shit a lot of the time *with* Doyle too. Really missing Gary Roberts at the moment, hopefully he's back in a week or so and we get the 8 or so points we still need.
